We used to always enjoy pizza from turnabout ordered one recently toppings were great crust was like eating cardboard. My poor 95 year old mother had to peel off the toppings so she could eat it good thing we also got salads as well.

Quality ingredients without skimping! The crust is incredible! I think there’s a touch of beer taste in there, which is fantastic.

Called to order Pizza , was rudely told hold without asking if I can hold. Held for 10 min. Nobody bothered to pick up.
I definitely don’t want to eat anything from a place that allows prospective customers to be treated so poorly.
Won’t be calling here again. I’ll stick with a more reputable and professional business. Just horrible!

Pizza consistency has gotten better it was falling off for a while after the re boot I guess you could say..the recipe is killer just have to be consistent. Awesome pizza though!!

I ordered an xtra large pepperoni and sausage pizza. I had it delivered. On the website. It gave me the option to add 4 red pepper packets bbq sauce which I had put 2 packs. (Not on the pizza) cause it gave u the option of “QUANTITY”! I also had it well done. When I got the pizza n opened it up. I had bbq sauce all over my pepperoni and sausage pizza. Called the store and spoke with the manager on duty. Which is today Sunday night Sept 1st. He said that he cant do anything about it after I told him… That he got my ordered wrong. I told him why would it give me the quantity of bbq sauce and if so. Why would u put it all over my pizza? He said thats just how we do it here. Never heard of asking for quantity of bbq sauce. And had it filled the whole pizza? I ordered pizza all the time. And if I do want want to customize my order, it would say marina or bbq sauce and give u the option of whole or half pizza?
He said “well I cant help you out.” Thats just how it goes. Im out 42 dollars. Cause unless im ordering bbq chicken pizza. No reason I would order it on pepperoni and sausage.

I’ve been going here for years. I used to tell my out of town friends about the pizza here and how amazing it was and treat them to it. The ovens turned out perfectly cooked crust, topped with a perfect tasting sauce, and plenty of fresh toppings.
I stopped going there for a while and a couple years had passed. I don’t know, but something has changed. It’s not the same anymore. I’ve gone back a few times in the last few months, and the crust is no longer perfectly cooked, but instead has a lot of burnt spots that certainly ruin the taste. The sauce is no longer the perfect pizza sauce. I can’t really tell what’s different with the sauce, but it’s not the same and definitely not as tasty. The cheese and toppings are still fresh and plentiful though, so that’s a plus. There’s probably a lot of people that either never tried the sauce years ago and will like it, or maybe prefer it now. And maybe the crust is just a hit or miss depending on how the ovens are.
I won’t say the pizza is terrible. But it’s not the same and no longer my favorite pizza. It kind of sucks because I loved turnabout so much. I am going to try it one more time though before I completely take them off my list.
I might be wrong but it seems like ever since the remodel, that’s when I noticed the change.
But, I am glad that there are still many positive reviews and people enjoy and support this local Lemont business. Hopefully, after I try it one last time, I’ll get the same great pizza that they used to make and can call this place the best again!

Pizza here is good, but their hours are terrible. On a Wednesday night it says that they close at 9 PM. I call to make an order at 8:15 PM and they say they already closed. How does that build your customer base we don’t when you don’t even honor the hours that you’re posted?

We used to get Turnabout when I played in the brass quintet at Cog Hill when I was in high school. Every else was eating country club food and on our break we’d wolf down greasy pizza, and it was amazing. Stopped in for a slice today and it’s exactly like I remember.

Yuck I threw it away. It looked beautiful though, but I got about 5 slices in and I just couldn’t. The customer service was prestige, very polite people who work here.
