very delicious, this place should have more customers! the best Thai restaurant I had was in Alpharetta…save your time going to the rest of the Southeast Asian cuisine in the south Atlanta area and just make the trip here! Also~~~delicious authentic Thai Tea and Iced Coffee. I’d come back just to pick up a coffeee! 🙂

Thrilled to have a Lao/Thai restaurant that delivers quality ingredients and food so good it reminds you of Mom’s cooking. I definitely recommend anyone to come and try these folks out. Will be returning.

We had dinner here on Friday evening 01/09/26 and the food was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful. I ordered the Summer Rolls and the Pad Thai with chicken. I will definitely be back again!

Had a really great meal. The sushi was delicious and so we’re our entrees. We went for lunch and got the summer rolls, the lunch sushi platter, and three entrees and it was surprisingly huge portions and affordable. Each meal came with a soup or salad and a spring roll. I went originally because I was craving summer rolls and devoured them before even getting a photo bc the peanut sauce was on point. Will definitely be coming back.

Great new addition to the McDonough area. Experienced restauranteurs that relocated here.
Food is high quality, fresh, balanced, and perfectly seasoned and cooked. Tried multiple items on the menu including the Crispy Flounder (easy to eat as it’s cut off the bone), Pad Kee Mao, Laos sausage and Pho. All were spot on. Each dish is cooked fresh and served hot, so plan time to socialize.
Don’t let the plaza discourage you- restaurant is clean and inviting, staff is friendly.

Staff is so nice and welcoming! Went here with my family (party of 5). We’ve only ever known one Laos restaurant in ATL area which is in Duluth, but Mo Thai is SO much better! Us being Laos have high expectations and they hit all of them! The chili oil and other sauces on the table were GOOD. Chili oil had a kick! We ordered the platter off the Lao menu and we had food leftover! Platter is huge and worth it! Papaya salad was delicious, I love that things are actually spicy here! And the coconut juice is the Foco can that we drank all our childhoods. I really hope this place keeps this level of satisfaction when it blows up!

I’ve only tried takeout so far but I’m very impressed. I’ve ordered twice and each time food was hot, fresh, well made and well packaged. The Nam Khao was delicious and nothing like anything that I’ve ever had before. The Lao sausage was good and came with a hot sauce that was mind blowing. The wings were good though I would’ve preferred a few less feathers and hairs. I’ve had a lot of pho and kathiew but their Lao style pho may be the best I ever had.

Went here for lunch with my family after hearing about a new Thai/Lao restaurant in town. We loved the papaya salad and nam khao.
