Never disappoints my usual is the full or half order of carne asada fries with the meat well done and it’s *chefs-kiss* — they always deliver with the fresh, well-done meat. I really appreciate that so I had to leave a review. Obsessed with their cucumber-lemon agua fresca.

We tried to go to Filoberto’s and its closed down at the moment so we went down the road and found Frederico’s Mexican Food. Everything was good about this place. “10 rolled Tacos”! Come check it out, if haven’t already. We found our new go to spot in Buckeye.

Never in my life have I felt such love for a burrito. The burrito was just juicy enough to drip from the bottom. Yet the napkin i used to wipe my hands barely had any moisture on them. The paintings on the wall and the music playing from the speakers, combined with the fact that my salsa ran dry for the final bite of my food, created an environment of joy only know by grandmother’s. I felt nostalgic for a life I have never know. God bless you Federico. 10/10, would savor again.

The “Garden Salad” Masquerading as a Torta
I came here on a mission to find a decent torta in Buckeye, but I think there was a massive misunderstanding in the kitchen.
The “Lettuce” Torta: I didn’t realize I accidentally ordered the “Submerged Forest” special. This wasn’t a meat torta; it was a lettuce torta that occasionally whispered the word “beef” from across the room. If I wanted a garden in a bun, I would’ve just chewed on my front lawn for free.
The Size Factor: The sandwich was so tiny I actually had to check my pockets to make sure I hadn’t accidentally sat on it. If I ever lose my mind and come back, I’ll clearly need to order the combo—not for the drink or sides, but just so the extra calories can act as a support group for the lonely slider I just ate. They charged me $11 for a slider, now I’m broke and hungry.
The “Convenience” Tax: To top off the experience, they hit me with a $0.75 fee just for the privilege of using my debit card. Apparently, sliding a piece of plastic is high-intensity labor that requires extra funding.
If you come here, get something else.

So good. The girl cashier in the mornings is very polite. I hike here in Buckeye skyline park and come here to get food either before or after. The food is tasty and fresh. Thank you so much. Love that they give discount to military and seniors.

I can’t eat corn tortillas so I’ve asked for the 3 quesabirrias with flour tortilla and they make it for me! 🙂 other locations or restaurants have told me they can’t do that. DE-LI-CIOUS. I’ve been coming here a few times week for years but have never written a review, because I think my one review won’t really matter (I never review anything). But tbh I realized people are probably only compelled to leave reviews when something negative happens.
I get different things from here, since I come at different times. The breakfast burritos (or any kind of burrito) are amazing and big, the tacos, fajitas, and chimichangas are great. The quesa-birria’s are so delicious and meat is juicy. The dining room is always clean, and the carne asada meat here is literally so tender, juicy and tastes perfect. It’s not greasy or full of fat or burned like most other Mexican places. It’s rare to find carne asada like this. Even at other Federico’s locations, this one has the best. I personally have always been taken care of by friendly staff, but regardless of if a staff may not have been the nicest, the food is still good and I’ll always keep coming back. ♂️ The food and cleanliness is what matters.

Ordered 2 green chili burritos with beans from drive thru menu. I get 2 green burritos with beans and rice. Called them to ask why I didn’t get what I ordered and they told me that the green burrito comes with rice. Management was not apologetic, when you make a special order you should get what you ordered. Management didn’t offer to remake the burritos. I will never order from this restaurant…poor customer service!!!!
