Food is decent. As far as atmosphere quality… None of the card readers work, not all the display lights in the menu work. Music is horrible, hey corporate! Older people don’t want to go to a “classic sonic” hear that.. from sitting close to the front doors .. eating wasn’t enjoyable wait seeing the low quality curb appeal of the entire site. The workers do what they can. But the atmosphere wasnt pleasant.

Arrived at 3:41 with no more than two cars there I then placed my order which was literally two drinks and about 20 minutes later I have yet to get my drinks. I checked my receipts and it was the right location and everything. Went and pressed the middle button they came out and brought a drink that wasn’t mine. I showed her my receipt on my app and she said they didn’t have it. she walked away and didn’t fix the problem about two minutes later she brings out 30 drinks to the car next to me at that point i had been there 40 minutes. I called her over again showed her my banking account that it was taken out of my account and she said she didn’t know what to do about it and if i wanted she would bring a manager. To which she did not, when i finally got my drink it was a different person and this was the most disgusting drink i had ever had. I was genuinely scared to drink it, i got a coke with cherry vanilla and sweet cream, same thing i literally always get. I have worked in the food industry before and I see this behavior as unacceptable i am typically a very nice person but these workers need to learn how to handle issues or actually get me a manager to speak to!

Tiniest supersonic breakfast burritos we’ve ever had… I’ve been ordering this burrito since I was about 13, and we spent just over $20 on two combo meals just to be served burritos that are about half the size that they’re supposed to be.
See photo for reference. McD value menu burritos are about this size… And I know for a fact that Sonic premium burritos aren’t supposed to be this small.
Good news was the tots were fresh and hot. Friendly and quick service too.

this place is disgusting! nothing gets cleaned until a couple days before inspection. the cooks will drop food on the floor then fry it for a minute instead of re making it. there is black mold in the drains, on the tea nossels

Only rating one star because zero stars is unavailable. We Ordered on line through the Sonic app to discover that they took their ice cream down an hour before they closed, and was told they were not able to refund my card, so I spent $15 and drove 10 miles round trip to discover I was not only able to get what I ordered but also lost my money. I am so done with them. Don’t darken their door.

Today must of not been an a+ kinda day. I’m not sure if it was from lack of staff or just training new people . But I made an in the app purchase today . Checked in and waited for my delicious coconut cream slush to come .. waiting about 10 mins knowing I would be late to probation but hell it’s hot outside. . and finally I decided to see if they would just forward it to the sonic in Mt home or something so I walked to the door n politely knocked and asked my question only to find out the girl just made my order or so she thought . Which I was like alright my mouth is so dry yet almost salvationing due to how amazing these drinks are .. only to find out the ice cream is down and yet there’s no indication at all but you’re aware of

Purchased 2 meals and 3 drinks. The car hops were great and took order correct. Delivered food timely. We got order and drove off instead of eating in Gassville. Got 10 miles away and took drink of Coke. It was all carbonation with very little color. Called and spoke to manager, his exact words where ” we have other people mention it, we will look at it may need to call someone in” . Really people do better!!

Went to get the new float because I thought the straw was cute and fun and I like the flavor it was supposed to be. SUPPOSED TO BE. I got it, they did not even have or know about the straws, and the cotton candy float had salted caramel or something salty in it and I couldn’t drink it. Intentional or not I’m pretty annoyed that I just gave you guys 5 bucks for absolutely nothing except garbage to throw away. Thanks a lot. This sonic is the worst ever.
