I have been very reluctant to even post this review, as I do not like to go all out being negative for a business that I frequent daily for drinks & because I like a lot of the regular team members; but I have been silent for far too long now. I gave 1 star for each parameter. Since Bri’s departure, this location has not only lost the forward momentum they had gained, they have gone way downhill and have been that way for a long time now. It seems like the influx of teenage workers are not trained at all. None of the drinks get the right straws, no sauce cups are ever included (even the complimentary ones like marinara for the mozzarella sticks). It tastes like the fountain drink nozzles have not been cleaned in weeks, which is evident by the mold growing in the drink cups within a few hours overnight. There is an issue with the app not showing that you order a drink carrier unless you order multiple. They never put any peppermints in any bag now; I thought those were always included for free. This is not at all what I expect from Sonic.

I went to the outside slot to order. The young girl dropped my food Skylar was her name. She apologized immediately and brought it back and switched out the bag and returned it promptly apologized again. Service was fast and efficient, our food was hot and made neatly. I will be returning!!

Was extremely disappointed in the service of the manager. I love bacon, so I ordered 6 orders. Now the girl on the intercom stated 2 slices per order. Ok. Get order and definitely not 6 orders. Poor server. I expected to see manager to handle but server came back. Wanting to charge me $5 more. Sent him back with bacon. Over 15 minutes later the manager comes. Oh how rude. Told us that he counted the bacon and it was correct. So calling customer a liar…Really. I am a regular customer here and regulars know me…Don’t mess with my bacon. Going to start checking ALL my food from now on!!!!!!!!

I had the worst experience at my local Sonic. The food was amazing per usual, but my car hop, Devin, was the rudest I have ever had. He came to my car and said absolutely nothing to me. He handed me my food and walked away without even giving me my change. He kept $2.56 as a tip without even asking to keep it. I truly hope this worker is taken care of.

So at the beginning of this month I had major surgery and have been on bed rest. My dad has been the one making the trips to Morgan City to order Sonic for my autistic son. I never noticed it until this afternoon when I was looking through the receipts I was overcharged three separate times. I ordered a large mozzarella stick with extra marinara sauce, a 3 piece chicken tenders, the tenders only , a large Coke and one corndog. On that one receipt they charged me for the # 10 meal with large sides. It shows on all my receipts. Can’t find the receipt from in between these two orders but my Whitney Bank account shows the same price.

The only complaint I have about this place is the way they treated my son when he was sick, with a dr’s excuse, when he worked there. They fired him. Not cool. Food is good, though.

Yesterday they discontinued my usual(grilled chicken sandwich)! This was the only “healthy” sandwich on the menu! I’m highly disappointed because it was delicious and I ordered it a lot! I had to order a hamburger and it was not all that great! Today I ordered chicken strips and mozzarella cheese and when I got to work I realized they failed to give me my bbq and marinara sauce!

Place always takes their time taking your order. My colleagues and I eat there for lunch being there’s not much time to hit up the good places lol.
Numerous times I sat after pressing that red button and waited 15 20 mins. Most of the time I left. Hit or miss here guys. Foods good but they’re not in much of a hurry to get you your “fast food”

All their food tastes the exact same, like they cook it all at the same time in the same grease. Their drinks are great but don’t get a chocolate iced coffee there, they drown it in chocolate sauce. Ice cream is always a safe bet.
