I love this place, going here is always such a wonderful treat for difficult mornings! My favorite is their biscuits and gravy with eggs! I also like getting their Hot cocoa and Bagel with Cream cheese. It’s always fresh and warm when served to you, and very quickly might I add! I had my food within 10 minutes of ordering, and the resturant was busy when I was there! The buscuits were soft, warm, and the perfect amount of gooey you’d want paired with the most delicious gravy I’d had in a long time with sausage bits. The eggs were cooked to perfection as well, and of course my bagel was perfect with the cream cheese piled onto it.
The waitstaff was very nice and they made the checkout quick and easy for me too, as I was a single party. I’d absolutely love to come here more often!

This the perfect small home town restaurant. Weekly specials for everyone. Home cooked style. Lots of people from the village come in and you’ll here many conversations from table to table. Lots of laughter heard. Food was great and the servers were responsive.

My sister recommended that while in the area for a month, I should not miss their Friday fish dinner or a good breakfast or lunch any day. A smiling hostess greeted me immediately. I went on a Friday a week ago. I sat at the counter because one seat was available and was dining alone. A waitress greeted me immediately. She re-cleaned an already clean counter before me. I knew fish was my desire and didn’t look at the menu for their other meal selection. I ordered the two-piece of fish instead of the all-you-can-eat. The wait time can’t even be described as a wait. I could see the action of the grill and cooking area. These folks have been doing this for a long time, is my guess. I was happily surprised at the size of the filets. I wouldn’t need the AUCE. The price of the unlimited was inexpensive, in my opinion. I’ll go back this Friday, October 10th. I may be bringing a bigger appetite and plan to bring home a slice of pie or cake, too, depending on what they have available. I think the desert choices for pie may change based on what fresh fruit is in season.

Excellent food and excellent service. If in the area this place ticks all the boxes for a great breakfast spot! Homemade biscuits are a must have. I am sure the rest of the menu is equally delicious.

I have lived near this place for the past 12 years and haven’t had the opportunity to stop until this morning. We arrived right at 6:00 am and the place was already partially filled with locals. This in my opinion is always a good sign. The place is small and cozy and for me was nostalgic. It reminded me of an old diner from my childhood. The waitress greeted us and was kind and attentive and she kept our coffees filled without us having to ask. I ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy with eggs, and my fiance tried their corned beef hash with eggs and toast. The food was excellent and we both cleaned our plates. Please support this place and give it a try as little mom and pop places like this are disappearing and being replaced with typical boring chain restaurants. We’ll be back for sure. Planning on trying lunch next. Enjoy.

I came here this past spring and it was…. alright just alright. The people were nice and the restaraunt was comfortable but the food wasn’t really much to ride home about for the price. Maybe it was just an off day maybe I’ll try again sometime.

Been going there for many years always have four or five specials my favorite place to go eat wished they would stay open later unfortunately they close at 2 everyday except Friday till 8 with all you can eat fish always good homemade pie love the owner and all the servers always make you feel like family service is always qwik and good hot food highly recommend great place
