I’ve enjoyed coming here on occasion since I’ve lived in the apartment complex just behind it. It’s a great little pizza parlor to go in for a quick bite.
They have a fantastic lunch deal. 11AM-3PM for $6, you get a slice of pizza and a fountain drink, and their pizza slices are VERY generous in size. Great value, especially in the current economy. Pizza tastes good as well, always hot and fresh when I receive it. My experience with the staff has always been positive, the people are friendly and the food comes out quickly so long as they are not busy. The place has a cozy atmosphere to it as well.
Their cheesecake is obviously premade and refrigerated for storage but it still tastes good. Pizza, cheesecake and a drink is my go-to meal. Great place for a simple in-and-out lunch or dinner.

I like the italian sub here when the right person makes it. I’m trying the pizza again after a long time. Mixed feelings, the pizza tastes great, nice cheese, great sauce and the toppings were very good. No char to the crust loses a star from me, it was chewey and at times gooey. They have a tradional oven so why no char? Is oven temp too low or pizza removed from the oven too early? Do I need to request it? When I know, you’ll know. The place looks a little dumpy, a cleaning crew and some organizational skills are in order. If you like a chewy crust, this is your spot.

Genuinely one of the best pies I’ve had on this side of the bay. Great flavor combo for the Mediterranean Chicken, absolutely loved it. Crust wasn’t too thin or burnt, dough was just right and very tasty. Will definitely try again to see if this was a fluke, but very pleased so far.

We ordered here for the 1st time to try them out. We got a large alfredo pizza, large hawaiian pizza, 3 large meat balls and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were hard like they left it under the heat lamp for too long. The meatballs were small and not worth the $2 per meatball. As for the pizza we have attached some pictures. As you can see all the sauce and toppings slide to one corner of the box. It was not worth the $70 price tag. We will not order from here again.

In the Carrollwood area, Anthony’s serves up some of the best pepperoni pizza around. We usually order and pick up, but this time we decided to dine in—and it was a great experience! We ordered a giant pepperoni slice and a pepperoni calzone. I didn’t expect the calzone to be so huge, so I split it with my mom and saved the pizza for the next day.
However, when we started eating the calzone, I noticed it didn’t have any pepperoni. For me, a pizza or calzone just isn’t the same without it. I asked if they could heat up some pepperoni so I could add it inside, and they were incredibly accommodating. Not only did they quickly provide the pepperoni, but they also made me a brand new calzone to take home due to the inconvenience. That kind of customer service was beyond generous!
The food, the people, and the overall experience are more than enough to give Anthony’s a solid 5 stars. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality pizza and outstanding service!

I went in for an eggplant Parm hero, decided to get a slice while waiting… wow, it was from a 28” pie! So I took the sub home for later compared to actual NY pie, it was very good, for a Tampa NY pie, it was great!

While I did not eat here today I will be back. I love New York Style Pizza. Hope they do. The place was very clean and smelled good. I am glad that small businesses are still in business 5 stars for being open. Just hope my cheesecake isn’t frozen! Lol

This place is utterly horrible. I am sorry that I even considered ordering from here before reading the reviews. I came across this place as ‘ Tampa Pasta Bar ‘ on UberEats and considering my children and I love pasta, I decided to give this place a try.
I’ve attached pictures of the two entrees I ordered totaling $40. One is a chicken parmigiana with no cheese for allergy reasons. The second is supposed to be pasta with clam sauce. The entrees look absolutely nothing like the pictures I saw on UberEats, the QUANTITY AND QUALITY is horrendous! Everything is bland and has ZERO taste.
The pasta for both entrees are dry, they did not put any clam sauce, it looks like a drop of something was placed in the middle and about 3/4 pieces of meat that resemble clam. I feel sorry that my son has to attempt to eat this, I will be buying him something else.
You’d be better off buying McDonalds than ordering from here. Zero Stars.
