Great, clean atmosphere. Tasty signature drinks!
I got my latte- it was pretty good, but not the greatest.
My daughter got the iced matcha latte- which was excellent!
Bathrooms were very clean and the staff was very nice and drinks were completed quickly.

Updated review: The food is still good, and the staff still seem friendly enough. THE DRINKS STILL AREN’T MIXED WELL, IF AT ALL. You have to mix them yourself, which ruins the sweet foam. I’ve had a biggby addiction for almost 2 years (I stop in 3-5 times a week, sometimes more). Paying 10 bucks per drink for this is getting annoying; I always tip 1-2 bucks. I’ve added more pictures from today.
My son loves the bagels here!! He says they’re the best biggby bagels he’s had! I come here for the coffee (usually cold brews), and they just don’t mix the syrup/sauce well.. my cold brew turns out more like a latte. Also, this location doesn’t participate in BOGO Wednesdays and only gives one point/ you lose a point when using coupons * which is understandable and not an issue for me. I only wish my cold brew would be a cold brew. I’m including pictures of both sugar bear cold brews (with sweet foam).

So far so good, each time we’ve gone. Friendly staff, willing to accommodate special requests due to allergies, clean parking lot. Only used drive-thru. Will be back.

I’ve only had excellent experiences here. It’s usually not busy inside which makes for a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff is always very kind and super quick. The entire store is generally clean, including the bathrooms. They also provide coloring options for the little ones.

Love this place. We always stop on our way home from up North. They give treats to our dogs. The employees are always so nice. One employee even brought out water to our dogs. So nice. Also a nice grassy area to walk the dogs. :).

When I ask if I’m able to get a certain drink for the $5 combo and you tell me “no but we can just make it flavored for you instead!” And then tell me my total is almost $7 because “the added flavor” you’re misleading me by making me think I was able to still pay $5. I would’ve just got the drink I originally wanted and I’m sure it would’ve tasted better than what I got
