Very hard to get waited on. Workers too busy clowning around. I have several times walked out because no one bothered to come to register and take my order, and I have seen other people walk out. Food ok, but definitely not something to write home about. In my opinion, Corporate needs to come in and clean house, and put workers in that care about the customer.

Not a big fan of Bojangles myself, but my family enjoys it every now and then. We ordered the Big Bo Box 12 pieces of chicken, three sides, and a jug of sweet tea. I had a drumstick… let’s just say it wasn’t my favorite, but I took one for the team. I know plenty of folks who love it though, so it’s all good!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced today at your Hartsville, SC location.
I went through the drive-thru and placed my order, which included a combo meal. While waiting at the window, I could clearly hear the cashier and other employees using profanity and speaking in an unprofessional manner. Not only was this inappropriate and disrespectful, but it also created a very uncomfortable environment.
When the cashier handed me my food, she did not greet me, did not speak at all, and she failed to give me the drink that came with my combo. She then slammed the window shut without acknowledging me. I remained at the window trying to get her attention, but she would not open it again. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go inside, so I had to leave without the drink I paid for.
This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and reflects poorly on your business. As a paying customer, I expect courtesy, basic communication, and professionalism — none of which were shown during this visit.
I hope this issue is addressed with proper training and follow-up to ensure better customer service in the future.

Around 1230pm, I tried to order a Breakfast Bowl, and was told that they stop serving it at 11am, then tried to order biscuits and gravey and was again told they stop serving it at 11am. They stop serving items wirh gravey items at 11am. They are loosing business. Also, these items are on menu and DO NOT note that they are not served after 11am. ????? Just saw an on-line add “for bowls ALL DAY”.

Ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese Combo with Fries. Got a bad tasting sausage with a watered down egg and no fries instead I got macaroni. Overall, they do not understand English and the drinks are flat. If you go here I would someday expect food poisoning.

I’m not sure why people who hate their job continue to work here. I don’t understand why you have a curbside when you still have customers waiting 25+ minutes, until they have to call the store to notify you have been sitting for some time.. make it make sense. This place is ruined.

The cashier said to me they had Sweet Tea Ready. That was a bone face lie. Sweet Tea was completely out next to the soft drinks. I had to get up and ask them to refill my Sweet Tea. Luckily that was the only complaint I had. Please make your Sweet Tea is full for your customers instead of letting it go dry.
