My order was horrible!!!! Hair on the pizza! Incorrect order received! Who ever made it was so careless and nasty!
Manager was agreeable to re making it herself and bringing it to my location which was not in the usual area for delivery. After reading reviews I told her to cancel the order because this place is nasty. I haven’t seen the place but reading reviews and receiving the order this way I can only imagine. I need to stay at the house and cook cause the way the world is now, people will have you sick from eating at fast food chains! They Just don’t care at all!! Just Nasty!!

Won’t be back. The guys really got a dirty homeless dude just sleeping in the lobby. Y’all make food. Disgusting. Also 2 dudes smoking and drinking on the side of the building right next to the door. Parking lot covered in trash. Took 30 minutes to get my food once I got there and I ordered it 30 minutes before I got there. The folks aren’t even doing the bare minimum. Pass on this place until they find some self respect

My food was prepared quickly and customer service was awesome. I want to commend the cashier, Nicole. She was very nice and welcoming. She made sure my order was correct before I left. Some employees don’t know how much that means to a customer. Customer service like this will keep me coming back. Keep up the good work!

Will not be purchasing from this location again. We ordered delivery and after an hour and a half with no update, I called to check on the order. I was out on hold for 7 minutes and then received a text that it was finally being prepared. 30 minutes later I received a text that it had been delivered with no food in sight. I called again and was told that it was on the way and they didn’t know who marked it as delivered. When it finally arrived over 2 hours after placing the order, it was wrong. We paid the up charge for pan pizza and were given thin crust pizzas that were cold. When I called again to ask for a refund or remake I was very rudely told that they didn’t have pan pizza and thin was all they had. Somebody should have informed us of this as we would have canceled our order. The only reason we ordered through Pizza Hut in the first place was for the pan pizza. I was then also very rudely told that the thin crust pizza cost more (which it does not, I looked it up) so there would be no refund given at all. Very disappointed with every aspect of this experience. We spent $50 on cold wrong pizza that we then had to reorder from somewhere else all while receiving horrible and rude customer service.

Ordered two time in the last two weeks, pizza always late and cold. You wait 45 min than DoorDash gets order and it takes another 45min , pizza cold order not correct. Going to try to order from another store. This one is really bad at doing there job. This will be the last time. Hello Domino’s. If you do order from this store heat your oven up so you can warm you pizza up. The Pizza Hut in Bartlett it a lot better.
