This is one of the most dirtiest KFC restaurants I have been to. Floor was dirty. Paper towels on the floor. Counter was also dirty with stuff on it. Tables have not been wiped down. Food inspector should inspect the kitchen.

I hate when you order a bucket of chicken, just legs and thighs, they always hide those big breasts at the bottom of the bucket because they know we’re going to look at it and dig, so they make sure they at the very bottom, I been trying to call but no answer YET!!!!! First, the door was so nasty when you walk in, I almost turned around. I went to the women’s restroom and it was terrible. It look like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. When I ordered the cashier walked off without saying why she walked off, I informed the cashier that my husband also needed to order. She ignored me. She finally came back to take my order. As we are waiting, I started to look around at the restaurant and it was beyond nasty. I went to get a cup of ice and dead roaches was laying in front of the ice and soda machine. We left , trashed the food and drove back home to Tennessee. I don’t know how this place is open. The employees attitude didn’t make it better..

Where do I start? We got there and waited nearly 20 minutes before our order was taken, with only one person in front of us. The kid that was clearly supposed to be on the register was preparing orders, while we all stood there. (In his defense, it looked like he was having to do the jobs of the other five or six employees just standing around.) Once we were able to order, it took another 25 minutes to get our food, because there was no chicken. The dining area was nasty. No clean tables, food and trash on the floor. Asked for honey for my tenders, and the girl handed me a wad of honey packets stuck together, because some of the packets had busted. She literally laid them on the counter in front of me and walked away. My husband reported the men’s bathroom was disgusting with urine all over the floor. The chicken my husband received was not edible, it tasted like grease. How this place is not shut down by the health department, I don’t know.

Never had good food or service here no matter what we order. Idk why the guys up front even work there. A lady from the back asked for them to make 2 orders and they just looked at each other until one of them said, “you do one and I’ll do one.” Like, do your damn job instead of ignoring customers and sitting on your phone..

Ok this place was awful. I waited for half and hour, we ordered a 8 piece family pack.
I don’t know why, and since I was doing a drive through, the staff said to park in those parking spots facing the Jack restaurant an waited the for half an hour *meanwhile other cars driving out of the drive through* so, I got off the car and told the person at the drive through that they were taking a long time. So then I LUCKILY got the order that I picked. The 8 piece family pack.

This location has been out of the BBQ sauce required to prepare the highly advertised BBQ wings for days nows….how unprofessional is that?!
