Our family has gone to Hardee’s on South Broadway after church every Sunday for a few months now, and at almost every visit we are welcomed by Troy’s happy voice and positive attitude. Hardee’s in this location has appeared shorter on staff, and Troy is always working hard, never complaining, greeting us with a smile, and leaving us with well wishes. His positive attitude and great work ethic make him to be a wonderful employee that customers are lucky to be greeted with. Even our five-year-old has mentioned how nice of a guy Troy is!

Very dissatisfied. I ordered a double loaded omlet sandwich and this is what I got. I was already pretty far away from hardees when I looked at my sandwich. If I were to choose a fast food place, I’d still go to Hardees, just make sure to check your food for quality because this is not the first time this has happened and I should not have to check quality every time.

The food was amazing .. the burgers were amazing… Cooked to perfection..the meat was seasoned perfect… The fries were hot and fresh..the right amount of salt … I also had sweet tea .. the tea was sweetened exactly to my liking it’s like it was made for me ..
The general manager had a clean store … Floor was spotless …bathroom was as clean as a whistle …

Went through the drive thru. I was at the order screen and was told just a moment. I waited 15 minutes without anyone coming to help me. Pulled up to windows and saw him talking with a coworker. I proceeded inside to order my food. Asked if was for here or to go. Told him I was originally in the drive thru but no one took my order. Basically he forgot about me. Was told drive thru machine was broke. But then witnessed him taking an order through the system.
Got food home and buns and patties were burnt. I ordered a Super Star burger but received a double cheeseburger instead.
It will be a long while before I come back…if ever.

Since the moment we drove up and got our order taken the cashier Troy was very pleasant and did his job correctly. We go to so many places and they don’t have the customer service or the nicest attitudes towards anyone. TROY did and amazing job and we will definitely be back because of him he showed us that there are still people who do there jobs and care about everyone who orders from Hardee’s. AMAZING JOB TROY and thank you again for the wonderful experience.

So this is a sister or brother restaurant to a really Kick-Ass restaurant in California called Carl’s Junior but unfortunately it doesn’t quite live up to Carl’s Junior they also for some crazy reason do not have the western bacon double cheeseburger on the menu which is the absolute best thing that they have at Carl’s Junior

I was picking up a for dash today. A lady came in while I was waiting. She had gone through drive thru and came in because her order was wrong. One young man behind the counter was so utterly rude to this poor lady! I was standing there feeling so uncomfortable and awkward for her. I was planning on going there for lunch today, but no thanks!
