Our waitress, Kiana and her coworkers, were extremely nice, helpful, and very gen z (good thing because they matched our humor)

They assisted and assured we were given great service during our stay, were patient with us as we ordered our food, and well—gave us extra attention since we were only the second or third table in the restaurant since we came in during the downtime.

Would I visit again? Yes. Sushi good? Also yes.

Favorites:
Eel nigiri
Hamachi
Salmon nigiri (seared)
Green tea ice cream
Tempura (light, crispy, yummy)
And more but ya

Leaving a review after my 2nd visit.

First time was ok pretty solid actually , 2nd time I was served fish that was far too fishy for me to enjoy.

Service has been fine, not the greatest but by all means acceptable and nothing horribly wrong.

But the food yesterday was disgusting at times. I couldn’t finish what was served because it seemed like anything ordered with Tuna that day was stank nasty.

I don’t expect an AYCE spot to have the best fish I can find but I don’t think it met reasonable minimum expectations.

Even at the $25 lunch price this is just not worth it.

The rice paper roll I got was also really nasty. The sauces tasted weird and honestly I feel like I can’t eat sushi for the next month or two just because of how gross it was.

Giving it 2 stars because despite it being nasty, it didnt make me sick.

Some items i got were ok some even good.

The
negihama roll
Poke
Rice paper roll (Zenbu I think)

Were God awful.

I can’t remember the last time I had AYCE and left feeling hungry.

The menu is made so that no water what you’re gonna be eating lots of rice. That being said if the fish quality was better and didn’t like roulette this place would be great.

Good food, but the service was a bit slow to prep and serve the dishes we ordered. Having said that, the terms for their AYCE service was very reasonable and the portions sizes and quality are amazing for the price you pay conpared to other places around the area.

After seeing JustMostie’s post on Instagram about this place, we had to try it! Being we eat low carb, we LOVED the idea of the no rice rolls and They didnt disappoint….the unlimited was awesome! You do have to pay the upgraded price to get the no rice rolls but for us, it was worth it! Also had the miso soup and the pork bulgogi and they were delish! We will definitely be back

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Sushi Tsunami was disappointing from start to finish. The staff repeatedly interrupted our conversation throughout the meal—not to check on how things were going, but to push add-ons and upsells. We were asked multiple times if we wanted to upgrade to the all-you-can-eat option or try extra items we clearly weren’t interested in. It felt intrusive and really took away from the dining experience.

Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it. The sushi was overpriced for what it was: bland, lacking freshness, and made with noticeably low-quality fish. For the prices they charge, I expected far better flavor and texture. Instead, everything tasted flat. We immediately asked for the check when we realized how bad the food was and didn’t take any leftovers.

Overall, between the constant interruptions and subpar sushi, this was not a place I’d return to or recommend.

They do have a lot of options for rolls and they are a good size. On the holidays they don’t do lunch specials which is not posted anywhere. Service is pretty mid here as well. Not attentive. It’s cool if you’re in the area but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here based on pricing & service.

This place is ok for the price but not sure if I’d come back. A lot of options to choose from for Korean and sushi’s. Portions are a good size. First thing I didn’t like was while we were eating there was a worker on the left hand side of the restaurant who was swapping the air with a an electric fly swatter and I can hear it zapping. I’m assuming it was fruit flys because there was 1 or 2 flying around our table. Another thing I saw when we were there was the same lady zapping the flys emptied the trash can and then served a dish to a table without washing her hands!!!!!!!

First time at this all-you-can-eat sushi place, and I really enjoyed it! We came here for a birthday dinner and it was clean, bright, and lively with lots of people celebrating their birthdays, events.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The sushi was great with tons of options—cooked rolls, baked rolls, sashimi, nigiri, plus ramen, udon, gyoza, corn with cheese, fried rice, edamame (the garlic one was a little salty), and agedashi tofu. Everything we tried was delicious. Overall, a solid 4 stars. Thank you to the staff for making it such a nice experience!!!
