Walk in and get ignored then someone else comes in and they ask them what they need. Not very welcoming. Used to be nicer here. Kind of an all around crappy experience.

Store was not clean and my order was 10+ late. Might look for a different store or sandwich place.

Firehouse makes great sandwiches but this location is notorious for forgetting to put bacon on them. I don’t know if it’s being short on staff … or just training. It’s happened 3X’s now in the last 4 visits (this year). I was still in store and caught it two of those times and notified them. I was just given a few slices of cold bacon to place on my hot sandwich which is disappointing. They couldn’t even be bothered to warm it up I guess.

The only time I have ordered on the APP Bacon was also left off and I was just SOL because I went home. I don’t trust this location for accuracy of orders and Meridian is only 2 minutes further so I would go there instead. Verify your sandwich is correct before you leave if you do use this Firehouse

Went in to order and there was already a customer in there trying to get someone’s attention but there wasn’t an employee in sight. This customer had to go behind the counter to the back to get someone to come out. After leaving with my order I found that it was lacking 60% of the sub. I got the new york steamer and it was missing the pastrami, provolone, mustard, and Italian dressing. It was literally corned beef and mayo on a bun. Terrible service, terrible quality! And these places have the audacity to ask for a tip! HAHAHA

Always a pleasure to go to this warm sandwich deli. I recommend the hook and ladder and the meatball sandwich. I have always enjoyed the brisket sandwich. They come with lots of meat and it’s made fresh. The shop is themed for the local fire department and I just love the sauce bar. I always forget how big the sandwich’s are. In house cookies are yummy and brownies are fun too.
