Been out of the advertised blizzard of the month on 2 different occasions this month alone. Ice cream in the blizzards is always so soft it’s like every blizzard I do get is a “shake”. They need someone new on the ordering of product and maybe someone to look into why their soft serve is coming out as soup.

My daughter and I both got the same ice cream, they didn’t put barely any candy in my blizzard so I went back in to ask for a bit more and the line was long, they refused to make it right and said I’d need to wait and pay for extra candy for my blizzard. Bad customer service essentially. I went back in a second time to asked to buy more candy for my blizzard because I really hoped to eat it, but it was almost 5 dollars to add an spoon of cotton candy pieces to my blizzard so I gave it back to them and walked out because it was pretty much melted anyways.

i came here just this past Friday with my parents! i got the seasonal Oreo Dirt Pie Blizzard! it was very good and the service is great like always! we always enjoy coming to the DQ here, and recommend it to anyone!

So I just wanted to share that I love the DQ we have in town. I was able to make my daughters birthday fun and special because of them! I was able to order 6- 4packs of icecream cup cakes (smaller versions of their ice cream cakes for those who havent tried them before). It comes with frosting, sprinkles and little rings to top it off with! It is spendy when doing such a big batch but it was worth it because I brought them to my daughters daycare. They had an absolute blast!!! Thanks DQ for helping my little girl turn 5 in a very fun and memorable way!!
