Finally, a Vietnamese restaurant just as good as my mom’s cooking! We got the bún bò Huế đặc biệt and mì khô. They were generous with the toppings and meat variety offered in the soup and it was actually spicy! I would come back here.

Is it crazy to say that I went to this restaurant 3 times this week? I feel like I could honestly come here everyday to eat! The chicken wings are so crispy, tender and juicy. They can honestly compete in a chicken wing competition if Philly has one. Additionally, they have different specials daily. On the day I went, they were serving fermented meatloaf. While combined with the rice and salads, this dish was so flavorful and well seasoned! I would absolutely come back again and again!

Came on a Sunday afternoon and the place was almost packed. It was my first time here and it did not disappoint. Their bun Bo hue was probably the best I’ve had in Philly! Their bun rieu was also delicious

Delicious bun bo hue! I never had this soup before, but I loved it. I ordered less spicy and it still had a nice mild spice. All of the meat in it was tasty and tender. Definitely one of the best soups I’ve had and I eat a lot of soup. Cute small restaurant with about 10 tables. My server was very nice and attentive. Definitely check it out.

This pho spot is small and quaint, with a cozy, welcoming feel. It’s a nice, low-key place to enjoy a comforting meal. The food was solid we had the chicken wings to start, they were good. The plain pho was also really good. Overall, a good experience and worth a visit!

Cafe Nhan is an instant favorite!!! The Bún riêu was flavorful with good crab meatballs and fresh vermicelli noodles. Overall it met and exceeded Thuy’s standard. “It’s always difficult to find a good bowl of Bún riêu.”… mission accomplished.

The Bún bò Huế was simply the main attraction that will keep me driving back to South Philly for years to come. The savory broth was a great mixture of spicy and a hint of sweet from the lemongrass. The beef was both moist and tender throughout every bite. The noodles tasted freshly made and a good mixture of meat to noodle ratio. Hands down Top 3 Bún bò Huế I’ve every tasted, including my mother-in-laws

The atmosphere is small and quaint. Great for a small gathering with friends/family. South Philly parking is always scarce but in the middle of the day there were several spots. After work hours, it may be challenging to find a good parking spot. This is more reason to stop by during lunch or the weekend.

I was running errands in the area today and stopped in, as it was a cold and cloudy day and I was craving pho. The service was great and the pho ga (chicken pho) was awesome! The Thai iced tea was also delicious. I would definitely go back again. As a bonus, there is free parking outside!

Hands down one of the best Bun Bo Hue you can get in Philly! The broth is so flavorful and authentic.

We came in on a Tuesday morning and it wasn’t too busy. The egg rolls and summer rolls were pretty good. The chicken wings were a bit bland in my opinion but everything else is amazing. Definitely will be back for more Bun Bo Hue
