Wait, did seven minutes. The light was still on on the speaker and is still on as I’m typing. This out. Was told that well maybe that speaker is not working and then he decided to let me know all the reasons why the speaker wasn’t working when I’m sitting here, waiting to pick up two orders. Somehow that just seems an efficient to me.

Bad customer service with carhops. He handed me my sonic blast and the lid popped off and since it was melted it got all over me and my car. He doesn’t say anything, honestly felt like he was waiting for me to take the rest of my order while my hands were covered in ice cream. I had to TELL HIM to bring me napkins. Not even apologetic or offering to replace my order since half of it is on my car anyways. Do you have to train the carhops to have basic human decency? This isn’t the first rude carhop I’ve interacted with either. There was another girl who didn’t give me the correct order, said they lost my receipt and left before I could get a word in.

The menu board and thecard machine were broken. The soda lines are moldy, they need to be flushed. I could definitely taste it in my drink after one sip. $6 wasted. The staff was friendly.

Placed an order on the app for 2 drinks and cheese sticks. Waited over 30 min and got nothing. Walked up to the door and told them cancel and left. Drove to the location on Seymour hwy and got served within 5 minutes.

Sat waiting to place my order for 30 minutes before I left. Button would notify the workers, and then ask me to press the button again. Then the drive thru was stuck on one person. In total there was only 5 cars there so it’s wasn’t “busy.” Just a huge waste of time

So just went to this location for the first time and things were all messed up in my wife and I’s order. I order a Jr. Deluxe Cheeseburger with just cheese mayo and ketchup it didnt have the mayo and Ketchup but I was rung up that way. Two orders of tots which were really good, and hot. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger no tomatoes. No mayo, extra pickles and no onions and I was told onions dont come on it well lies cause I got freaking onions everywhere and I cant eat onions thats an allergy of mine. We also ordered a small Cheesecake master shake looks good hope it tastes good and a large vanilla dr pepper which the wife liked so good there. Thank God everything was like half priced for the drinks because things were all messed up in our order and we live over on the other side of town only went to this one because we were hungry leaving the doctors office and it was close had to get back to work. Anyways we will not be going back to this one ever again absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed in the preparation of our food but the service from Gabriella was great!
