The best part of the panera is how you can sit at the drive-thru window and watch the cashier stand there with your food in her hand while she talks to the other kids. The best part was we didn’t even have our entire order. However, after a quick assessment of the competency we had checked the order before we left and she had to retrieve it. Instead of the ceremonial sorry we got I bet you think I’m a bad cashier. I thought that was clever because she was in fact correct.

Atmosphere felt like a dirty motel. I was truly appalled. The service? Nonexistent – just use a kiosk. My sandwich came with a blob of COLD melted cheese on it?? And cold fried onions. Not sure how that happens when the soup and mac n cheese were scalding hot. Haven’t been here in years and definitely won’t be back to this one ever.

Worst Panera experience ever!!! My husband and I each got a Grilled Chicken Avacado BLT which was litterally falling apart. The chicken was in itty bitty pieces maybe 1/4 inch square and there was hardly any in the bread. Service took almost a half hour from the time we ordered till we got our food. Everything was in to go bags rather than on dishes like others had and we asked for dine in. After being told to get cups at the pickup window no one would give us any until I went to the front counter and asked stating that we were waiting a while. We were never asked whether we wanted chips or an Apple and we got no pickle like we used to.Have those options been discontinued? Terrible experience! Not sure if/when I will go back!!!

First of all, to be fair, I’m not a huge Panera fan. My wife luvs it but I think it’s typically over priced. That being said, I usually go along for the ride and order something when she wants food from Panera. 9 times out of 10, I get a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Easy enuf. Food is always good but portions continue to diminish while prices go the other way. Got the pick 2 tonight, to go, and this what I came home to. I really could care less that my soup was 2 ounces short of a ‘cup’ (8 ozs for those who don’t know) but the grilled cheese is about the size of a 1/4 slice of bread. I only included the measuring cup in there as a reference for sandwich size. Salt on the wound was the bag of 6 total croutons for the soup. One silver lining is if I’m really hungry for plain bread, I’m set with a hunk of baguette.
Nothing against this Panera in general. Staff was friendly and we were quickly moved thru the to go line. Just wanted to point out that for $7+, you’re still gonna be hungry.

Everyone is polite and friendly. My food was great. It would have been nice to have my bagel wrapped in something rather just tossed into the bag with a cup of cream cheese and a plastic knife. All in all tho i would def recommend coming here.

My drive-through experience was horrible.
The young man who took my order should’ve told me it would be a 30 minute wait. But he didn’t. He took my money when I drove up to the window and then I sat, sat, sat in line with at least seven cars piled up behind me. there was nowhere for them to go. I kept asking him. Where was my food he kept putting me off saying two or three minutes. After 30 minutes, I pulled up out of the line to let the other people get out if they wanted to and got my money back because my order was still not near being ready.

Drive thru service has been terrible at this location. I have been here multiple times in recent weeks and each time, have had to wait 20-30 minutes with only one other car in front of me.

Person at the drive thru today needs to be fired. Customer service isn’t in their vocabulary. Waiting over 20 minutes to not even be able to get my order is insane. They charge far too much to be playing games.
