I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande with No sour cream, extra meat, and extra cheese. There was no sour cream like I asked, yet it’s way smaller than it would be if I hadn’t of ordered extras! So I paid for extras that I didn’t get and they decided that I didn’t need the beans either.

Put in a pickup order and everything was wrong. I mean really. It’s fast food it ain’t that hard. And I worked at Hardee’s before anyone says I don’t know. People are allergic to things that’s why they ask for items on or off. Figure it out

My food was properly made and well portioned. The staff was amazing shout out to Travis for keeping this place running so well. The dining room was very clean and tidy. Sadly the freezie machine was out of order but Travis has already ordered a replacement.

This location always has issues getting orders correct and/or made properly. Though it is edible and I personally love taco bell, this particular location isn’t my favorite. Tonight we ordered 2 party pack meals and asked for extra fire sauce and were only given 5 sauce packs for our packs. The nacho pack was mainly chips and little toppings and the tacos were rather bare as well. I keep hoping for this location to pick up and get better, but it seems it isn’t likely. This has been my personal “Karen Moment”.

This Taco Bell didn’t add any sauces to my bag and messed my order up completely. I guess reading tickets isn’t a part of training process. Worst part is a friend picked up after I order online and didn’t expect them to mess up an order placed 2 hours in advance.

This taco bell used to be my go to place to eat but now there’s an issue every time we go. The picture below, minus the bite, was a crunch wrap freshly out the wrapper from there and two weeks prior I had one extremely similar in quality. Today, I asked for a steak bowl without tomatoes and got a chicken bowl that had plenty of them. They also forget food frequently and my boyfriend’s beefy 5 layer only had beans on one half the burrito and was so poorly wrapped it was falling apart as he was trying to unwrap it. The drive through line is usually way too long, as well, as last time I went I sat in the drive through for almost an hour.
