As soon as you enter the restaurant, there is a self-service kiosk, and you can order directly from there. My order, which was customized, was correct. The restaurant was very clean. There was plenty of free parking.
Update April 2025: I ordered the classic Crispy chicken sandwich, and it is fresh and delicious. I’ll go back here again and again. It’s still a 5 star for me.

One of the good place to dine in for quick bites in Parsippany Troy hills area. Not crowded and place is clean. Two order kiosk, drive through are available. Only downside in order kiosk is there is no clear instructions on name when you order. Service is quick and friendly staffs. Classic chocolate frosty, fries are good but ghost pepper chicken sandwich is average.

Don’t go here. Go to ChickFilA instead. They won’t even give you a single Ranch Sauce with your Sandwich, without wack’ing you with heavy extra fees. It’s very bad business model.

I really liked this Wendy’s. Traveling from N.Y to Pennsylvania, we stopped here to grab a bite to eat. The food here is so much better then the Wendy’s on Long Island. Wonder why? Family really enjoyed eating here.

2nd time here and 2nd time i disliked the food. The chicken was gross, felt not well cooked so had to take it out of my salad. Apple Pecan is always my go to and this the 1st time at any Wendys i was disappointed.

Flip a coin. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes not so good. Most of the times it’s fine, thus three stars not 2. Key is to look in the bag to make sure sauces and entire order is received. Today we received half order of large fries. Others said the 10 piece nuggets are actually 8 piece, never counted them though. Very strange!
