I frequent this location often. I order alot of the same things. This time I don’t understand why the drink was so different. I asked for my kid’s size hot chocolate and there was barely anything in it. Even my kiddo that drinks it asked me why it was almost gone. Thats alot of money for something that there wasn’t much of. ☹️

I have been frequently going to Starbucks 6 times a week for the last several months. I will not come here anymore. I ordered a large hot hazlenut latte made with oatmilk and have bever been ripped off like this. They ask you to tip everytime, and am glad I did not. A quarter of the cup was foam, to almost half. I thought it felt lighter than normal. I pulled over and stirred it. I blew into it, then scooped out the foam. I have never gotten half to a quarter of the cup as foam. You lost my business, and plan to never come back. So much for the stopper I asked for.
8-19-25 Husband insisted to come here. I get to a place to have a sip. This happened. HOT ALL OVER MY LEG (lower thigh and knee) BECAUSE THE CUP COLLAPSED AT THE RIM BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME A CUP THAT WAS DEFECTIVE WITH A BENT RIM. The lid was lost on the floor and it ended up on my shoes and the side of the car. CHECK YOUR CUP BEFORE DRIVING AWAY!

New resident of Westland just tried this Starbucks for the second time and I was served by Roxy. She was very polite. She made my drink exactly as I ordered it and it was delicious. She was extremely fast and organized. Very detailed oriented. My service was absolutely impeccable. It is only right to acknowledge Roxy at this location because she is wonderful. Always a very pleasant experience. Starbucks is expensive. But there is something to be said about paying extra for good service. People who seem to actually enjoy their job, or are at least good at faking it. It’s better than getting sub par coffee from Tim Hortons or Dunkin and being treated like you’re an annoyance for ordering a black coffee

I think the girls at this store asked me to leave because I asked them for a domed lid for one of my drinks and a cup of ice and they didn’t like my attitude and what made it worse was I had a tiara on but only because my birthday was coming up now in the past we’ve had our differences but Starbucks in Westland can we please get along because yall are the closest Starbucks to me I dont want to have to go out my way for a matcha frappe to Dearborn or novi so like can we all just get along Vnita will be back for her drinks and like I’ll work on being nicer if you guys do first k thanks bye

And this is my experience with the worst service, every order for me and every time I order the same coffee and every time my order is forgotten and I wait for at least 15 minutes and there are cameras and you can be sure, sometimes they write me apologies for coffee, but the topic has become very annoying, and when I discussed with them why this happens to me, their faces changed yesterday Friday, Feb 20, honestly bad treatment and worse service

Excellent service! I came today on a Saturday afternoon, so understandably they were a little busy but I got my drink quickly. The wait is never too long at this location.
What was unacceptable was how another customer was berating the staff when I walked in. The woman behind the register remained professional while a large family shouted and screamed cuss words at her and causing a scene. Your employee remained professional through it all which is so hard to do. I have worked in customer service and I applaud her. No employee should have to be treated that way
