This location is by far a recommendation the cashier was friendly and patient she even recommended their new flavors to choose from I felt like my business was appreciated and I was approached in a timely manner. The food is as advertised cook to order my wings were perfect. Will be back .

I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Wingstop on Edgewood Road in Cedar Rapids. I waited over an hour for my order, and when it finally arrived, the food looked bad and unappetizing. Given the long wait, I expected at least proper hygiene and basic customer service.
During my visit, I politely asked an employee who was handling food to wash her hands. Instead of complying or addressing my concern, the employee threatened me and used a racial slur, calling me out by name in front of other customers. This behavior was completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe.
I immediately informed the manager, expecting a professional response. Unfortunately, the manager did nothing to correct the situation or address the food safety concern. This lack of action made the experience even more upsetting.
The combination of long wait time, poor food quality, employee harassment, and manager inaction made this visit one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I felt disrespected, unsafe, and unwelcome.
I am sharing this review so that others are aware of the serious issues at this location. I hope Wingstop corporate takes this incident seriously, investigates the employee and management response, and ensures proper food safety and customer service standards are followed.

You can keep it. Not going all in depth. I can say… before I go back and eat at this wingstop again… I’ll trust someone selling chicken out thier trunk. If I order garlic parmasane… can I taste garlic and maybe the parmasane? And not just parmasane that still didn’t give parmasane. The fries were burnt… you can taste the old grease the food was cooked in. Yes, the fries were overly cooked, brown to dark brown spots. Didn’t even have potatoe in the middle of the fry. It was hollow. 1 out of 10. And I I only gave a 1 due to it being the girls first day or week. My experience if I wrote it all out… you all would understand my frustration.

I ordered a 5 piece tender combo and a brownie. checked in the car, seemed like the tenders were fine and there was an extra box which I assumed to be the brownie. No brownie and my tenders were absolutely drowning in grease. I called to ask about a refund for the brownie but immediately got put on hold before even speaking to anyone. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and tried again. Immediately went to hold for another 15 minutes. Never got to talk to anyone, and now I get no refund. It’s ridiculous.

Employees yelling and fighting with each other when you walk in the door. So uncomfortable customers walking back outside to wait for their food forced to deal with it because they paid online. I will never order from here ever again. The cooks completely verbally abused the poor girl at the cash register. Unbelievable.

The food is usually pretty good and standard. However the restaurant itself is usually pretty grimy and dirty, but I don’t expect much from the workers. Last time I was in, they gave a whole box of ketchup to one of the teenage workers, who every other word was a swear word. She threatened another employee as a “joke” but it’s ridiculous to do this in front of multiple customers.

The food is good but the last time I ordered I used the app to get a free chicken sandwich with purchase. They left it out of the bag. The whole reason why I ordered wingstop was for that deal. I probably won’t go there again.

This location is SO slow. I waited at least 30-45 minutes for my order. While waiting I was surrounded by flies. Also, there is no garbage can to throw things away. The one garbage can they have is full of water and is disgusting. Additionally, every table is wobbly and sticky. I’m not sure who is managing this location but this isn’t working. So sad to see.

Very disappointed with the service at this location. I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes before even getting acknowledged. I only ordered fries and it took over 20 minutes. It appears they have fired everybody and only have 3 people working with no hospitality at all. Will not be back. They also don’t speak english. Also had no ice.

I’ve been to a lot of wing stops and this one stands out. The staff here go above and beyond each time to ensure order is correct. The emploee Ni J (according to receipt) went above and beyond and is always polite.
