I had high hopes for this location, as it’s the brand new one. If you go inside and order using the kiosks, it seems to be fine. The drive through is a different story. This is the Big Mac I ended up getting after I opened the box. How does someone mess up this badly?

I don’t usually do reviews but this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Placed a mobile order, got to the restaurant, waited 15 minutes or more and still no food. I had to talk to 3 different people and nobody was helpful or seemed to know what was going on. Ended up leaving with no food in hand. Save your time and drive to literally any other McDonald’s in town.

I have gone to this location a few times due to living nearby, but everytime I go they make me pull forward to wait for my food. I don’t mind waiting, but everytime I wait something is always missing, the food isn’t fresh, their fries are always very undercooked and cold. I’ve had to call about missing food, no one answers, so I end up having to go back due to their mistakes. I will definitely be going to a different location from now on. This is by far one of the worst locations I have experienced.

This location is just over a week old. I’ve notice that McDonald’s has lost its unique look in favor of a more generic box style building. It looks more adult, but it also looks like many other restaurants.
It’s nice that I have a McDonald’s so close to me, although I’m sure my doctor will disagree. I have been to this location 2 times now. Saturday even for dinner, and this morning for breakfast. I ordered and paid ahead of time with the app. I have not been inside yet.
They weren’t very busy in the evening, but they were still busier than I thought they would be considering they are brand new. Word about the new location must have spread on social media. They were very busy this morning. Both visits, I didn’t haven a long wait and my order was accurate.
I anticipate this location absolutely making bank for breakfast from the commuters heading to Omaha and Sunday morning before and after church.

We were really excited about this McDonald’s opening by our house. But experiences have been disappointing.
Last time I went to the drive-thru I tried to place my order. Was left on hold, skipped by two other people from the other lane. Finally, had to give-up and pull up and order at the window directly.
Ordered a Big Mac meal and a McNugget meal. The fries were so salty they were inedible. Even my 10-year-old son had burning lips.
Other times we have been it has been exceedingly slow. I can see why this place is rated so poorly.
It can’t be that complicated. The O Street location is always on point. Management sort yourselves out!
I’m now updating and editing my review a day later. My 10-year-old son spent the night vomiting five times. He burst blood vessels in his neck and face. We’re pretty sure it’s from the food.
We will be going back to the O Street location. For safety reasons.

McDonald’s used to be a play where you could take your family.This is a very cold environment where you don’t even order from people you order from a kiosk. On top of that , one , gentleman was waiting for fifteen minutes just to get a sandwich exchanged. They left 4 complete orders out of 6 out of our order.So I had to drive there and had to yell at the man to not walk away. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. If I could give them zero stars , I would. Food service is all about customer service and they have zero

Was excited to see this location opening but have yet to go there and have them get the order right. ALWAYS missing part of the meal or whole meals yet they never seem to miss charging for food we don’t get.

This is the worst managed fast food establishment I’ve ever experienced. I have tried mobile order twice, then tried again later at the drive thru, then got screwed on door dash since you can’t select the location.
-Both times mobile orders were marked as delivered and we never got our food. Both times we had to go in and talk to 2 different people to even get service. The second time they “never had the order in the system.”
-In the drive thru attempt we watched our food get handed into the car in front of us, then handed back into the a window a couple minutes later. When we got to the window they tried to hand us the same open bags and we had to ask multiple times for fresh food that wasn’t given to someone else!
-most recently on door dash we got the entire wrong order – no drinks and the only correct food was the side of fries….

I was hoping this new place was going to be nice but unfortunately I was met with a small interior. I am also disappointed to see that they had gotten rid of the self-serve refill stations I also noticed how everything felt cheap and artificial. I would not recommend this place

Ive visited 4 times now since opening and the day crew did ok. This location is very convenient is the only reason ive tried it 4 times. At night ive visited 3 times and food is always cold and gross and you can hear team members goofing around in the back when they leave the drive thru window open. Not a very good first impression for a restaurant that just opened and the guy manager at night didnt say a word when I asked him how his day was and to have a nice night.
