I know I order a boring drink. I get the same drink anytime I buy from Starbucks, so I’m quite familiar with the cost, taste, and how it’s supposed to look. I asked for extra whip cream for my tall mocha frappuccino. The cashier said that they were out of their dome lids, so I would actually receive less whip topping than I would normally get. I then, politely suggested she could put the correct measurement of a tall order and put it in a larger cup so that way I could get the extra whipped topping. I specifically asked for no lid. She said she could do that. Then I received my order and it didn’t have the extra whip cream, nor was it in a larger cup and it had a lid when I asked not to have one. The person who made the drink literally ignored everything the cashier told them. I was upset, but I feel awkward asking anyone to fix it. It was not up to my standards nor Starbucks standards. I tried calling the location, but no one answered. What a waste of $6.

Rude blonde guy with glasses who filled my drink 3/4 the way up. I don’t know if you can fill it up, but when I asked he didn’t. He just filled it with more ice and caramel. It was already overflowing with ice, and i ordered it light ice. I just wanted caffeine on my break from a 12hr shift in fast food. I would name drop if I knew who it was. Inside it was completely empty he could’ve done it right the first time.

The absolute best Starbucks in this area. The baristas are the sweetest I’ve ever met. They’re knowledgeable and so caring. It genuinely brightens my day getting to chat with them all in the mornings.

This review is for the Starbucks inside Target: I’ve ordered the same thing at different Starbucks everywhere, a 16-ounce iced coconut milk mocha macchiato, which also includes white chocolate mocha sauce in addition to coconut milk and espresso, and is topped with caramel sauce and mocha sauce. No where does it show hazelnut yet the barista here adds hazelnut and gets mad when I tell her its wrong..I even showed her the recipe and she said they are all doing it wrong except her, ya no..

Bad customer service, screwed-up my order. Ordered egg and cheese croissant sandwich CSR changed it to egg and cheese with with different bread without informing. Complete disregard of customer consent. On top of that my chai was was water down, asked for two extra shots of chai and lady told me, I have to get back in line and pay extra for it

When i think of Starbucks i think of consistently good coffee. This place has on numerous occasions, failed to live up to that. Couple that with the drive thru line that pours out into the street and its just not worth it here.
