One of the best thin crust pizzas I have had. The crust is thin and crispy. Toppings are fresh and more than generous. Top that off with endless ice tea. You have to get this one on your pizza bucket list.

The prices are insane for the quality of the food. $10 for four small pieces of “cheesy bread”? You’re insane! The pizza was so bland and tasteless. The cheese was chewy. It was overall the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Save yourself the $40 and get those dollar pizzas from the frozen section in Walmart.

Haven’t been to Pryors in years. Not crazy about the chairs, but love the home town vibe and history! Pizza was Delicious. Definitely returning next time we are in town!

Really good food! The pizza comes as a thin but you can make it thick for extra. Since this is a locally owned pizza place the prices are higher but they reflect that in the quality in their food. Service was good and relatively fast in total probably a 30 minute time frame from when we got in to when we left. 1 large pizza with split toppings including tip (which is expected since it’s a restaurant). As well as a side of the siracha cheese curds which came out very fresh with delicious ranch. The serving size was very small especially considering the price but tasted very good! All in all was 42$ not the worse priced food but not the best deal you can get in rolla. If yo7 want budget pizza just get dominos it’s literally less than a mile from pryors. Pizza was baked very well and the time frame was 3:30-4pm on a Sunday and the store only had one other table sat. Also the cheese pull made it worth

Just recently moved back to the area, couldn’t wait to get some Pryor’s Pizza. Huge disappointment. Upon walking in the whole place appears unclean. Still wanted some pizza though. We ordered, waited over 40 minutes and still no pizza, saw the cook apologizing to one table, their pie was burnt. Asked the folks at the next table if they were still waiting for their order, as they were there waiting when we came in, they informed me the cook had just told them their pizza fell apart in the oven. Left money on the table for the over priced salad and left. I will have to travel to Pizza House in Springfield to take care of my cracker crust pizza fix.

I called to place an order to go at 5:21pm. A large cheese and large pepperoni. The lady told me they were running behind and that it would be 35-45mins. No problem. It’s my husband’s birthday and Pryors is what he wanted for his bday dinner. I arrived around 5:50pm, only to be told how they are still very behind and couldn’t tell me how much longer. Another customer who was at the counter too, informed me how she’s been waiting over an hour. I did my best to remain patient because I knew how much my hubby wanted this pizza. At 7pm I am informed that one of our pizzas was messed up and that they were cooking another one. When I asked how much longer the girl became so frazzled and just said she’d give me a discount. By now I have had enough and refuse to wait another 30mins after already waiting an hour AFTER my due time. So I left. Now my husband’s bday dinner is ruined.

I really wanted to love this place. I have heard about this place for years, I knew that they had a prior location in Rolla, so while in the area I decided to go in today. Upon walking in, it just felt kind of blah. Not a well decorated place. Not cozy. Pretty ran down. I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover, so we asked the girl there if she could please clean a table for us. Which she was fine doing so.
The salad bar is tucked away over in an area that is kind of awkward. I went ahead and ordered a 1 trip for $11.00. We also ordered the giant pretzel with cheese, a large buffalo chicken pizza, and a large deluxe pizza-minus onion. The server brought me my salad bowl and I went to fill it …what a waste of $11.00! Iceberg lettuce, onions that were discolored and looked to maybe be frozen, green bell peppers looked as the same was going on with them, the mushrooms looked old and dry, black olives, pepperoni, cheese that was extremely hard to get to, ham, eggs…that didnt look like real boiled eggs, croutons, and sunflower seeds. That’s it. $11.00 for that. And most inedible. Blah.
When the giant pretzel came out it looked decent. However, no pretzel salt and the server told me well you can use the salt shaker. What?! Then on to taste. Pretzel was ok. Mediocre. A bit over cooked. Lacked the salt for sure. Who doesn’t salt a pretzel?! The cheese…I had to laugh. They brought us a plastic cup of cold (that processed fake cheese nacho style). I have never once been anywhere that served some nasty cold cheese with a hot pretzel. I asked the server if that was normal. She said yes. What?!
Then the pizza. Tiny! I was completely surprised at the size of these pizzas! Was this a prank?! $24.00 each for this?! The crust is extremely thin. That’s ok. I like thin crust. Pizza lacked toppings. They were just tossed around lightly here and there. The buffalo chicken pizza was dry. Like dessert dry. And again, small! And this was their largest size!
There seemed to only be 3 kids in there working. Place was dead. Dirty. Lacked anything. And to think that they boast they have been open since 1962!!!!!! Do people go here due to loyalty? Because the food, service, cleanliness, portions, quality, menu choices, prices, etc do NOT match up. We are highly disappointed. Left hungry. And spent $83 on absolutely nothing.
Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend this place. We are upset with the entire experience. And we wasted hard earned money. To have to go spend more.

Great service but the pizza was not good at all and there’s better pizzas in the frozen section of the grocery store.
This was my first time trying Pryor’s and definitely my last time to spend my money there.

Pizza was delicious! We had cheese and buffalo. Yum! Salad bar was great and had many options. Our server was brand new and the only one working. He did amazing with our large group and the rest of the restaurant as well as carry out orders. He needs a raise!

It was my first time going to Pryor’s Pizza. I was passing through and like trying local pizza places. I picked this one because it has been around since the 1960s. The atmosphere is dated but clean, service was quick and pleasant. Now on to the most important part, the pizza. I ordered a large cheese, I feel if a pizza place can make a good cheese pizza they can do anything well. The pizza came quickly and looked very good. My first impression was that the cheese and sauce were very nice. I would have liked the crust to be cooked for a few more minutes. It was a little on the soggy side. Not enough to ruin the pizza but a crispy crust for me is what I like.
Overall I would go back, I would just ask for a well done pie.
