If I could give a zero star, I would. WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. They are soooo slow. They are ALWAYS out of everything because they are too lazy to go in the back and get out a new tub of guacamole, sour cream, cheese or even CHIPS for gosh sakes.

Ft Sam Houston PX food court. Very good tasting bowls with quality protein, veggies, and other options to create a superbly palatable bowl of ingredients. Counter servers very informative.
Will return to eat lunch there again.

The hours posted are wrong. They do not stay open until 7pm. They close at 6 and run out of food items before 6 even comes around. This is a poorly managed location.

This Qdoba is in a great location, so after lunch you can visit so many other lovely things near by.

However those Nachos were amazing loaded to perfection, and all the employees made them that much better by being amazing humans.

Thx for a great experience

The hours online Are wrong and the workers in the store are aware. For a student on base with limited time it’s really disappointing to walk all the way to the restaurant and not be able to get anything. Fix your stuff, you’ve received enough reviews mentioning the problem

Decided not to even go here due to many reviews stating they are out of ingredients frequently and that portion sizes are not worth the prices. I’m tired of restaurants giving you less and expecting customers to pay more. If you don’t provide value and the food is not good, you don’t get my money or business. I had a bad experience at another location. So I will just cross Qdoba off my list of places I will eat.

The place has declined a little since it’s opening. The last 2 visits to the Fort Sam location, they’re always out of something. Today…they’re out of like a long list of itemsal at 2:15. 12 people in line and like 7 or 8 leave. 1 guy working the front. There’s definitely a management and logistics planning issue there. Too bad too. We like it but they need people.

I recently spent a week on TDY at Fort Sam Houston, and with only an hour for lunch each day, I was looking for quick, quality service. The Qdoba in the exchange quickly became my go-to. Despite the constant flow of trainees and service members all on tight schedules, this place consistently delivered fast, fresh, and delicious meals.

First, the cleanliness stood out. The team at Qdoba clearly takes pride in their space, with tables continuously wiped down and floors swept—a welcoming sight in a busy location. The staff was unfailingly polite, professional, and committed to a positive customer experience.

One employee especially deserves praise. Though I didn’t catch her name, she was on the line on Thursday, November 7th, 2024, and appeared to be of Hispanic heritage, about 5’3”. She handled a particularly challenging situation with exceptional patience and grace. An elderly woman in front of me placed two orders and had specific, detailed questions about each ingredient. This employee not only answered every question with a smile but went above and beyond, offering a sample of meat to ensure it wasn’t too spicy and even separating ingredients as requested.

Though there was a long line of waiting soldiers, she maintained her calm, professional demeanor, and when it was my turn, she completed my order in record time without missing a beat. Her ability to adjust her pace to meet different customer needs was truly impressive.

I’m grateful for the excellent experience and hope her exceptional service is recognized—she’s exactly the kind of employee who deserves a raise. If you’re on Fort Sam and want quick, quality food with service that goes above and beyond, this Qdoba is the place to go.

If you’re looking to pay $10.45 for a half of scoop of meat in your burrito than this is your spot. Portions are ridiculous for how much you are paying. Emphasis is clearly on the bottom line. Save your money, go elsewhere. I was expecting the food to be a bit fresher given that I went during the beginning of the lunch rush and not the end of the day. Maybe I’ll have better luck at another location, or Chipotle.
