Kotta Sushi in Frisco never disappoints. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious, and the variety of rolls is incredible. They have so many options, including some really unique creations you can’t find anywhere else. We were able to make a same-day reservation for three on a Friday night at 7, which was super convenient. Overall, great service, great flavors, and consistently awesome every time we go. My mom never shares with me what she has ordered from a restaurant. Tonight she did. She was excited to have a nice sushi dinner celebrating a birthday. Sushi is her favorite, not just because of the flavors, but because of the nostalgia. I have never been to your restaurant, but I see from your website you take great pride in your establishment. When groups dine together in a restaurant the expectation is the whole table dines together, not one person having to awkwardly eat their meal fast as the others are finishing. Do better. Check your tickets before you run your food. ESPECIALLY on groups, even if they have separate tabs.

Kotta Sushi Lounge continues to prove why it’s the best sushi experience in the entire metroplex. Every time I visit, the quality is unmatched. On my latest trip, I had the chicken fried rice, salmon sushi, tuna, and the TDK roll—every single bite was incredible. The freshness and flavor here are on another level.
One detail that truly sets Kotta apart is their wasabi. It’s silky smooth, dissolves perfectly into the soy sauce, and adds the exact kick you want without overpowering the fish. Absolutely bar none.

Today was our first time to Kotta, and we loved it. We were grateful for the dog-friendly patio. The fish was of extremely high quality! (in a town that is not necessarily known for this). And our waitress Lila was delightful—-we will definitely be back!
