Only good when it’s new for every location. Never have workers move super slow. management sucks. If there’s a long line wouldn’t it be smart for someone to jump in and help but they would rather have 1 person working the whole line. Always out of something. Chicken is burnt most nights. Chipotle just sucks because of their workers and management. The worker on the line had to yell for help that shouldn’t been a given. Just sad

I order online. It’s usually easy to grab at the drive through and on time. The food is bad though. Pretty bland. The rice seems to never have any kind of seasoning. No lime or salt. The most disappointing thing is the steak. It is always gristly. Maybe 25% of the steak in the bowls I’ve gotten is edible. I spit out the meat repeatedly because its usually just fat and grisly. Agter giving it many chances, I probably won’t visit this location again to be honest.

I ordered Chipotle through Uber, and this location is the fastest for delivery. The Uber part of the order was perfect.
The food was not. The guacamole was rotten and had a small patch of ice of top. The chips were a little stale. We ordered 2 bowls, and neither were correct.

Food- was cold (chicken) and rice was refrigerated temp.
Service – the worst ive experienced. 6 maybe 7 (including manager) didnt ask me for my order for 8 minutes (11:50-1158) just walking around/standing there joking around with each other as if I wasnt standing there. 2 of them were sitting in the dining room laughing and watching people walking in.
Atmosphere – LOL WOW! I was stepping on corn, maybe rice and floor was sticky.
Now let’s talk about the glass to see the food… key word “see”… it was so incredibly dirty. Sour cream on the outside of the glass, corn on the bottom of glass and chicken chunks i could literally touch on edge of counter top.
VERY POORLY managed. Last time ever stepping foot in there. I suggest the same unless they make some serious changes.

The employees were not very friendly but the food was good & I didn’t have to wait too long……….BUT…..the place was FILTHY! I was not able to get any pictures of the food prep area where they make the food and put the bowls/burritos together but it is beyond filthy! There were no utensils either. Who ever is the owner needs to pay this location a visit and have them clean their act up. If I was the owner of this location I would be mortified. I will not be returning due to how dirty it is. If they can’t keep the dining area and cook/prep area clean then my assumption is they are probably not upholding food safety standards.

Chipotle is extremely good and can make a lot of money IF THEY ACTUALLY KEEP FOOD IN STOCK. I come around dinner time (7:30PM-8:00PM). Every time I come to this chipotle it never has anything. It’s very simple to just over order your stock, so you never run out or just something order when you’re on your last couple bags of something. It Just boils down to who you hire as the manager and regional. Do better Chipotle.

The restaurant’s bar was extremely nasty and the food in the pans looked old from sitting and almost every pan was at its last serving. The staff was nice, patient, and managing the chaos with what appears to be without a manager. It is very frustrating that customers has to patronize a business that presents uncleanliness and missing items from the menu. Just like the business expect payment, customers should experience a full menu and a clean environment.

Always filthy. Always out of something. Always only one worker handling the food line alone!!!! Go to Qdoba which they just built two more in the area. They have 4 or 5 workers working the food line, food is always hot and fresh, I always see someone sweeping and taking out the trash. I do believe they’re going to put Chipotle out of business

This chipotle sucks. Unfortunately I live 10 seconds from it so if I want chipotle I’m gonna go here. If you are going to go here do NOT order online. Go in to make sure they are putting the correct food on. Every single time I order there is at least one thing wrong with the bowl. Once I went in and they were out of both steak and rice. Another time they were out of all soft drinks as well as forks. FORKS. Today I ordered a bowl and it was missing my fajita veggies and salsa, and instead I had globs of sour cream and cheese added which I never get. My husband’s side of salsa was not in the bag. Do not recommend this chipotle unless you go in and hopefully they have everything
