Went to this place on port Washington last year and had a bad experience with female managment staff not taking order, and being rude to customers.
Decided to come back and they had a different management and staff.
The guy was nice helpful and had my order up in no time and recommended the online sales.

Until today this was a frequent lunch spot for my staff since our office is down the street. I ordered between 10:30 and 10:35 at the counter. The order was marked complete at 10:45. At 10:50 I noticed that multiple were marked as fulfilled but none had been served. The woman at the counter said that they were finishing up a couple things.

I looked into the kitchen and saw multiple complete orders on the counter. I also saw an employee preparing the fries without gloves, grabbing fries that fell out of his bowl with his bare hands and serving it to customers. I told the woman at the front counter that he should be wearing gloves when handling food. The employee acknowledged what I said but told no one.

I then got my food after 10:55. I told the woman at the front again that it was disgusting that he was handling food like that. She said “yeah you right” and still did not alert a manager. I left at 11:00.

I did not receive a refund and I did not eat the food. I will be instructing my employees to avoid this location to preserve their PTO from whatever illness they’re bound to get here. If health officials are reading this, INVESTIGATE

I came in to grab my order, immediately on entry the cashier was snipping and letting out her frustrations at customers. The kitchen staff in the back was obviously backed up, no communication was happening but passive aggressive comments blaming each other of why they were backed up.

I only ordered a large ranch. I’ve waited for over 30 minutes for it. When I asked the cashier that it was only a large ranch she proceeded to explain that she will not disturb the kitchen and all she is is a cashier.

Service and atmosphere is absolutely terrible and obviously some type of re-management is needed or staff needs to be addressed.

Ok mi amors, so overall I give them a 3 out of 5, food is very flavorful not to mention the ranch is the same as chuckecheese ranch which happens to be my favorite sauce EVER! my advice Fry the chicken lightly not so hard it breaks a tooth literally lol, don’t cuss in front of customers and the boss should take everyone to the back when he is taking disciplinary actions against the staff SERIOUSLY! CLEAN environment just remove the stacked boxes off the floor so the dining room doesn’t look like a storage area ! Other than that if you just came from the club your super hungry and drunk the scene is great for you. If your a professional who likes the downtown food on the yacht you won’t get jiggy with the place, not professional enough. Do better guys por fav Vor!

The reason why I rate this because I walk in there was a lot of confusion. But I thought it will be better once I order “no”. Then my order was not all there,so I had to go back to get my order fix and still didn’t get all my stuff. Well I said forget it. Next time I just say don’t duct tape my bag. So I can see what is in it. And please talk to your workers so the can be on to work not kick it or try to get numbers.

I just got my food and got home I ordered Louisiana dry rub with Cajun corn that was over cooked and my chicken not battered right swimming in grease I have eaten at wing stop for years practically ordering the same thing every time and I am not satisfied and the fountain drinks I got taste like fountain water my kids are so upset by this. I won’t be going back to this particular location I tried this location a while back it was alright but I am sure I won’t be back after this.

I waited for my order for 45 minutes and when I got my order, it still was wrong. The guy at the register was rude. He was very aggressive needs to be retrained on customer service the young lady they had the tattoo on her eye was very very nice she gets 10 stars. Very helpful to all the customers as I waited for my order.

My experience at Wingstop was horrendous!!! First of all, I waited an hour for my food. Secondly, when I received it my bag was filled with grease. I opened the order to inspect it and I was disappointed!!! I ordered the Louisiana Cajun Rub and Parmesan Garlic. If you look at the pictures you can’t decipher one from another. THE ROLLS were cold and hard. This was the location on 76th and Good Hope. I will NOT be returning!!!

We placed an order online for 4 people, it stated our order will be ready in 14 minutes. We waited 25 minutes before going to pick up, when we got there, our order was never made. The lady at front was very argumentative. Then we waited for our food and we were missing our tenders, veggies, and silverware. So I went back and the lady told me I was lying because she knows for a fact she put the tenders in the bag. I asked if she was calling me a liar because I had no reason to lie, she started yelling at me. I walked back to my business and got my coworker because her disrespect was not necessary, she handed my coworker the bag and I asked her if the tenders veggies and silverware were in the bag, and before I could finish talking, she cut me off to say everything I asked for is in the bag. I then told her her attitude wasn’t necessary and walked out. I then had to walk to Subway to get silverware as we had NONE in the bag. The lady needs to be reprimanded as she has been screaming and yelling at everyone and we listened to it for 5 hours being next door. Very rude and would NEVER return
