Says open at 6 am. Sat in drive thru lane until 6:05 they wouldn’t answer and didn’t open the store. Drove up to the front to check the open times and saw workers inside but didn’t open. If your hours State 6 am you should be there and ready to work by 6am. Especially for people traveling. Rude! Will not ever stop at this location again. So disappointing. Do better!! Bluff street and Telegraph workers know how to work!

We got there 15 minutes before they closed and they made everything we asked for just the way it should be. We talked to the person at the counter, who I think was a manager, and she was very friendly. They have games built into the tables so my daughter and I play different games with the light up table. It really helped to get some food and drinks to finish hour-long drive

Every time I come here my order is messed up in one way or the other. They also are never open 24 hours like they advertise. Don’t waste your time here and go into St. George to the other locations because I’ve consistently always have had a negative experience at this location despite it barely being open for a year yet. The drive thru is abysmal, food is…. well mcdonalds, this location is probably the worst in town. Ran like a joke, each time I’ve gone here they always miss something in your order/give you the wrong food. On top of that they send you to a numbered parking spot when there isnt anyone behind you in line, I worked at mcdonalds back in 2020 and a group of highschoolers ran that mcdonalds better than these bozos, actually pathetic.

Drive thru service is relatively quick…dining room, not so much. Speaking of the dining room; it’s typically filthy. Food is never consistent, fries are usually lukewarm and the chicken sandwich is hit or miss on freshness…usually miss. This Mcdonald’s is not alone in its mediocrity tho…it’s pretty much the new standard for them. Sad.

The food was fine, we went through the drive-thru, there was a line of cars halfway around the parking lot but they could not break $100 bill. Didn’t make any sense to me. They get crazy busy every night, you would think they would be better prepared.

The restaurant was clean and tidy. The service was a little subpar due to the fact I think they’re short handed. Food was hot & fresh but not what I ordered. Decided to just eat it because I’m sure going back to get it corrected would have taken up way too much time .
