The service has leveled up big time. From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, attentive, and actually on it. Orders come out fast, drinks stay full, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about the experience. Huge shoutout to the management, because it’s clear they’ve set a new standard—everything runs smoothly, and it shows in both the service and the vibe.
The food is better than ever. Wings are hot, fresh, and sauced perfectly, fries are crispy, and everything comes out exactly how you ordered it. No more hit-or-miss—this place is consistently delivering now.
The atmosphere is top-tier, especially for sports fans. Tons of TVs, great sound, and an energetic but comfortable crowd make it perfect for football season and UFC fight nights. Whether you’re there for a big game, a fight card, or just hanging out with friends, it feels like the place to be.
Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings in Nacogdoches has done a complete turnaround and is absolutely worth visiting again (and again). If you haven’t been in a while, now’s the time—you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Huge shoutout to our server Kenzie she was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without being overbearing. She made us feel genuinely taken care of and added such a positive vibe to the meal.
You can also tell this location has great management. The place was well-run, efficient, and the staff all seemed happy and coordinated, which says a lot.
Overall, one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings experiences I’ve had. We’ll definitely be back especially if Kenzie’s working!
I don’t even know where to start — this was a train wreck in slow motion. Our food showed up stone cold, like it had been sitting in the freezer waiting for the Ice Age to pass. And our waitress, Megan, must’ve been on another planet because it took over an hour just to get our food, and then she vanished into the void. No refills, no check-ins, no clearing plates — just an empty table piled high with trash like a monument to neglect.
We finally hunted down the manager — thinking surely someone would care — but nope. The manager looked at us like we were the problem, offered nothing, did nothing, and basically said “tough luck” without the words. I’ve seen better leadership in a parking lot brawl.
By the end, it felt like we were trapped in some twisted social experiment called “How Long Before They Give Up and Leave?”
The service was nonexistent, the food was cold and sad, and the management was completely useless. This wasn’t just a bad meal — it was an experience so miserable it should be studied in customer service training videos titled “What Not to Do.”
I will never set foot in this place again. Burned once is enough. If you’re reading this and thinking of going — don’t do it. Go anywhere else. Eat gas-station sushi before you eat here.
