I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at the Domino’s on Eureka Road in Southgate, Michigan.
I called regarding an issue with my order and was informed that because I called five hours later, they would not remake it. While I understand businesses may have time policies, the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional.
The manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, stating “security reasons.” I have never experienced a manager refusing to identify themselves when handling a customer complaint.
What made the situation worse was being accused of “threatening the business” simply because I wanted to escalate the issue. As a paying customer, I have the right to ask questions and report concerns without being labeled as threatening.
This was not about getting something for free. It was about basic customer service and respect. The lack of professionalism and accountability was unacceptable.
I hope the store owner or corporate office addresses how customers are being treated at this location.

Food was actually VERY good but as I was waiting to pick up my order I noticed two workers (male & female) one grabbing pizza doe and spreading it out with their bare hands no gloves & the other grabbing toppings and putting them onto pizzas with no gloves. Super gross 🙁

Absolutely disgusting and waste of $40 dollars. Paid all that extra money for extra toppings which I only got on half, but only got barley any toppings on 3 slices ♀️a medium pizza, a cheese bread and 2 lava cakes for $40 is insane especially when it’s gross food!

I give it 2 stars because the gentlemen today is really polite with beard reddish orange hair that gave us order and we did order online usually can tell if there butter garlic on crust it looked dry he accomadated, but the lady with ponytail with a bunch of pins stickers or whatever on front of hat with black hair and glasses was rude her tone and attitude sucks bad if I knew before placing online order would’ve never ordered here. The past employees were always polite and knew how to talk to people. I had just placed my order the lady is rude asking employee did they just come in and walk out without ordering with a tone. I had to say something personal to my niece before going in the bathroom. Im like no we are right here my order was just placed I have to use the bathroom and ijs so what if someone did walk out and not order her attitude would be the reason why. Her tone with employee was rude we asked for butter garlic on crust cause it didnt look like it had anything on it accept a couple crusts had it on it he did it no problemo. She got nasty tone saying we dont put extra butter garlic on crust if customers want more they need to buy the sauce cups. Im not going to buy sauce cups. Its not my first domino order I know how crust should look with butter garlic. I also worked as a chef. Than I call customer service number on my app and its a rewards number. I called cooperate listed number for hours it says site cant be reached in my mobile app. I called another location to get another number. They gave me 2 numbers cant reach anyone or even leave a message. I definitely will attempt trying again Monday. I prefer speaking over doing this and website not allowing me to contact through mobile app. States site cant be reached. If she does not like her job she needs to go elsewhere. She is a horrible employee I feel sorry for the employees that have to work with her and other customers. The bread barely had any jalapeños and barely any bacon. Its suppose to cheesy bread barely cheese….

I went into their restaurant to order medium pizza with extra mushrooms heavy Mushrooms with Is pepperoni and hamburger on it without the garlic and butter on it, and when I got home it wasn’t like I ordered it. So I went back up there and to get it corrected it, the guy made my pizza over and Put a few mushroom big pieces on there and Chrome mushrooms gave me the rest in crumbs mushrooms and place garlic and butter on it and I didn’t want it not going there again

Not even worth it at a 50% off deal. Like whats up with the crust? Every Brooklyn style pizza I’ve seen does not have a crust edge of 2.5+ inches. Complete waste and still hungry afterwards is a shame, not sure how this was determined to be ok to hand off to a customer…

Orders are never ready on time. Multiple orders have said pizza ready for pick up on Domino’s app to find out they are just putting it in the oven when we arrived at the store.
