Every other night I go to Carl’s Jr in covina on Azusa Ave and Ms.Ana I believe she’s the manager and if she isn’t, than she should be. She always greets her customers with professionalism, shes so polite, friendly and always with a smile. She explains the menu and the deals when you’re not sure even if shes busy with customers. She’s the reason why my daughter and I go especially because she makes the most yummy shakes lol. Thank you Ana for always treating us like royalty. Take care of your employees Carl’s jr, because sometimes they are the reasons why we go back to your establishments for the service. One more thing the place is always clean with plenty of room to sit.

Came yesterday to eat here and was surprised at how good it was. The cashiers were very nice and polite and the manager is very attentive. The food came out fast and was really good! A little pricey but worth it. Would come here again in the future and would definitely recommend!

I love this location! Every time I go into order my Double Big Carl meal, Anthony always is so quick to welcome me in. He always makes sure to ask for condiments and the food comes out very quick and fresh. The location itself is very clean. The workers are always checking the dine and making sure the costumers are happy with their meal. I will always come back to this location! Thank you Anthony for such a wonderful experience.

Seriously. 4th time this week I ordered a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. 3 out of 4 times I got a stale toasted hamburger bun instead of the bread it’s supposed to come on. I eat here almost every day and this just started recently. Here is a picture. This upside down hamburger bun is always hard and tastes burned

The double big Carl is the most delicious burger, I like to add bacon;) It’s so good I really recommend trying it, Jenny the worker there was amazing and recommend I download the app as well to get points and about all the deals they have.
