They have really good lo mein, the teriyaki chicken is very saucy, and they give you a really big portion for the price, it’s a little hidden place but I’ve been coming back for years as they have the best quality and quantity for the price!

Awful service with the cook who had a poor attitude and was extremely rude. Also, be prepared to pay $2 for a tiny half ounce yumyum sauce that is normally free at any other hibachi place. I don’t ever leave poor reviews because maybe the person was having an off day, but this guy was awful so this needed to be said. I will not be taking my business here ever again.

Great place to eat. I love the chicken and shrimp here they also give you sauce and chopsticks with it. Service is great they always pay attention to your orders the only thing that I didn’t like is that they don’t use gloves and they do touch your food while cooking it but the food is great and so is the service.

Once first arriving they informed us that it was going to be cook to order. But as I waited they used the old chicken that was burnt…. Sad to say never returning. Mind you the cook was still on the phone no gloves….

Went to try this place, the cashier was nice. As they are cooking my food I see the guy that’s grilling my chicken rub his nose no gloves no mask. That was strike 1, then he’s touching the wall his cell phone then he is talking over the food no mask no gloves. Then another guy comes out to start grilling vegetables and he is rubbing his nose no mask no gloves no one washed there hands. It was a totally disgusting experience and I asked for a refund and went next door to Perry’s where they wore mask and gloves.

Hands down this is the best teriyaki chicken in Tampa. I love that it’s cooked right in front of you and the customer service is always great. I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years. It used to be a Sharku Japan. I like it even more now as VJK Japan. So glad they kept the same cooks.
