First time I’ve been to Bud Lake Bar and We had a good experience. The service was great, they have a real nice menu to choose from and a couple of pool tables, a really good environment. They have a dining side in the bar room side so whatever your choice is they can accommodate both. They have a large bar for seating and Keno is available if that’s your thing.

Food was good. Not very busy so wondering how the overall service is. Ours was ok. Didnt get something I ordered and it was taken off the bill no problem. Athmosphere was nice. TV’s are kinda ard to see. You have to look up pretty far to see them.

Nachos and bbq ribs and the fried chicken or whatever were really really good, and the drinks as well, Piña Colada and Strawberry Daiquiri and we got raspberry cheesecake, really good. It is kinda expensive. Staff really nice.

The food was great, and our service was amazing. The only thing that made it a bad experience was a waitress, who was not our waitress. This said waitress kept walking past, making snide remarks about our waitress who was clearly new and needed guidance here and there. As MY waitress attended our needs and meals promptly, I felt bad listening to a more experienced waitress complain about having to deal with helping her out during a dinner rush. Even as a new waitress, I felt like she was doing an amazing job during a Friday night dinner rush.

I will be totally honest here. If I could have given a negative 5 star tonight I would have!!! My husband and I witnessed the worst display of discrimination tonight. A mother and her down syndrome son arrived while my husband and I were finishing our dinner and they were directed to sit at a table that was in need of clearing. The waitstaff looked in their direction several times and and still never attended to them. They both seemed very excited and happy to be there. However their happiness soon disappeared as they were ignored and the table never cleared. After about 10 minutes they left looking very let down. My husband and I did make it known to the staff working that the treatment these people received was definitely out of line. It was the most heartbreaking and disgusting thing we have witnessed in a long time! People with disabilities are important members of our community and some of the most fun people to be around.
