I called and ordered an extra most best pizza so that it would be ready. When I arrived pick it up when I walked inside and paid for it is a person working. The counter told to cook okay. You can put it in now. I said why didn’t they put the pizza in the oven when I called? I ordered it so that it would be ready. When I got here he called the manager to try and figure out how to give me a refund. She was obnoxious on the phone. Needless to say cuz they lost my business

This was a frustrating and disappointing visit. I was ignored at the counter, given the wrong pizza, and shorted on my change. The entire operation seemed disorganized and lacking oversight. If management is paying attention, this location needs serious improvement.

Haven’t been to one in over 30 years. Had to try the new thin crust pep pizza. It was pretty good and chock full of pep. Fast kitchen and friendly counter service. A couple of outdoor tables woild be sweet.

Worst experience ever. When placing my order I asked the cashier do the still have Zap packs and his response was I have no idea what those are therefore we must not have those. Moving forward I asked can I purchase the jalapeño cheese dipping sauce and he informed me it’s was a dollar. They have a sign that clearly states .75. I asked to speak with a manager on duty he went to back and the young informed him that he was the manager on duty. I asked for corporate phone number and he did not know it. The young lady came from the back to ask me what’s the issue when I replied she offered me free sauce… Totally missed the mark I most definitely won’t be returning here.

Ordered online in order to save wait time in the store. I arrived when my order said it was complete. Got there and it was 20 min before I was asked for my name on the order. Then the employee told me “Oh that order”. I saw that they were just starting my order. It ended up taking another 30 minutes before I received my food. Employees were overwhelmed and understaffed. I was given an extra order of cheese bread for my wait. Food was delicious

I called to place an order at 9:10 pm. The young man who answered responded by saying ” as long as it’s pepperoni or cheese pizza because I’m getting ready to close.” I asked him what time does he close. He said 10pm. Ridiculous!

Avoid this company all together they won’t accept a 50 dollar bill ( basically telling me my money isn’t good here) when I was going to spend 43 dollars. tried to buy my guys lunch today probably best anyway food probably sucks went to Culver’s instead they took my 50 dollar bill so fast and gave me change without any issues and I got more food and spent less then that garbage pizza would of probably been.
If your a company that is afraid of cash then you shouldn’t be in business me as a business owner I accept all forms of payment it’s better to get the payments anyway you can these days while the business is good because when your sitting there and no business rolling through your door, you will wish you had taken the cash I was trying to give you for a service but to each there own good luck in this fast pace world we live in….

I’m sorry but I have to post this! . If you want to order pizza and want your pizza fast and makes with love try to find other place because here there’s only one employ and he try to do the best but is not enough. My order takes 50 min to be ready meanwhile I decide to post this . Thanks I give 0 point to this place
