Had breakfast here with a small group of 3. Serve gave us the soup of the day which was hot and fresh and tasted really good. I ended up ordering a special and it was plenty to get me filled. Definitely recommend getting a special since you get a more variety of things. Overall food was good and music made it enjoyable to dine in.

Ricks Hacienda, serve amazing food and their customer service is most professional. The owners Gilbert and Carmen are very down to earth people and make you feel at home. I have been coming to this awesome restaurant for several years now and have celebrated several birthdays here as well. Each Birthday they make it even better. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays they have Karaoke. If you wish to celebrate your birthday call Ricks Hacienda and make your reservation I guarantee you will not regret it. For great authentic Mexican food I 100% recommend this restaurant.

I came to visit my hometown plainview,born and raised here!!,I wanted to see the Iglesia catholic,but I think it’s closed …and the “Lopez tiendita also closed down,I guess Rafael and Celia,no longer around,they were my padrinos,they baptized me when I was a baby….now I’m 43,but never forget them….I left plainview when I was 24 yrs old,now live in New York…but come to visit my cousins here in plainview!!!

Atmosphere and service was great I ordered a shrimp cocktail and wasn’t like other places. It didn’t taste bad it was just okay. The crackers weren’t good at all. They tasted plain and probably were a cheaper brand.

No stars if I could the server was to worried about the other table just because we don’t speak Spanish we had to keep asking for stuff and had to remind her of the free soup and refills she didn’t speak any English so was very hard to communicate and I’m Mexican American so I was able to speak to her but she still didn’t get it and still did bad
