I have been to this Panera a few times and have always had a pretty average experience. Today, the manager Stephen went above and beyond so I’m taking the time to post my appreciation. After ordering and our food arrived, my daughter noticed her sandwich was missing. Somehow it hadn’t been on the order at all, so Stephen immediately came over, took the time to make sure all was right, and that we both had a fantastic lunch. Managers that see the need and take the lead are hard to find. Awesome experience! Thanks Stephen!

this is literally a picture of their sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. A paper thin sheet of egg for $6
and when I had to go and tell the lady who fixed the sandwich that she forgot to put the sausage on my sandwich, she grabs a piece with her bare hands, and I ask her if it’s cooked because it looked raw, and cold, and she acted like I asked her to do a calculus equation and she said, of course it’s cooked. I said I don’t know, you seem to have forgotten the biggest part of the sandwich so just checking…
Additionally the Place is filthy dirty. And Just look at my pictures of how filthy the coffee bar is.. dust and dirt everywhere on top of the bar, cobwebs and dirt covering the sign above.. And The mirror above the pastry’s is so filthy that it looked like antique mirror..

Came here around 9:30. Wanst busy at all. Wanted to order via human interaction, but no sign of hostess as she was taking care of other things. This forced us to use the kiosk to order.
Overall had a great meal, everything looked good and tasted fine.
Their steak sandwich was delicious and avocado toast was good as well.

We arrived around 9:30 AM when the restaurant wasn’t busy. While we initially intended to place our order with staff, the host/hostess was occupied, which led us to utilize the ordering kiosk.
Despite this, the overall meal experience was great. The food was presented well, and everything tasted fine. The steak sandwich was particularly delicious, and the avocado toast was also a satisfying choice. A solid place for a good meal, even if the ordering method wasn’t our first preference.

Stopped in at 10a… and they were out of almost everything, on a Friday morning. Wow. Guess a popular stop! Had to go elsewhere to grab a breakfast croissant, but at least I could get my iced tea.

Panera Ashburn is great compared to other locations. Place is clean and near. Staff are super friendly especially Nick and food was good too. I have been to other Panera locations but this one stands out among those.

Panera is super fast casual food i love it. They make ordering online so easy with fast pickup as well! The employees welcome you with a smile whenever you enter. Got a margarita pizza and it was delicious! I dislike tomatoes but the tomatoes they put on the pizza tasted so fresh and tasty. The pizza was cheesy and delicious. Will be coming back!

Ordered the margarita pizza, honestly it was really good, tasted really fresh and yummy. I will say the basil on top was burnt so it left the pizza with a light bitter burnt taste, and it lacked sauce and cheese around the edges. As always the atmosphere when I entered Panera was so peaceful and clean.

The door was broken, my sandwich cost me like 7 dollars and there was like no toppings on it. It took like five minutes to get any help and she said they just put a “pinch” of lettuce. The food should not cost so much if there’s nothing really in there. She didn’t offer to put more meat or anything, I had to ask for more lettuce. I paid almost $18 for bread, a side of meat, a pinch of lettuce. There was tea in a pitcher just sitting out in the main drink area, which anyone could have coughed on or put something in. I’ve never had such a bad experience and gotten so little for my money. Pretty much every type of bagel and treat are out of stock. There were 3 entire items. I was offered 50% off a pastry/bakery item and couldn’t even use it because it wasn’t anything even decent. I’m tired of big companies preying on people by taking their money and giving them nothing
