We used Angelo’s to cater a large party of over 100 people. We ordered 28 pizzas- cheese, veggie and pepperoni. From beginning to end, they were fabulous to work with. Aisha was professional and so caring. She contacted me several times and the delivery was on time, hot and the pizza was enjoyed by all! Everything was delicious and we will use them again for catering. They have so much to offer. Hooray for local small businesses!

Listen the pepperoni was good hot and fresh a small amount of crust and pepperoni. Got the white cheese with bacon, well WTH turkey or veggie bacon is that!!! And look at the number of pieces of bacon, like seriously, why bother!!!!Why doesn’t the restaurant tell you that the bacon isn’t pork! What restaurant does that and to charge almost $4.00 for it ! No one who orders bacon is expecting turkey or vegan bacon! We want Pork period and paid for just that! Don’t SCAM us!

I saw a post on the Nextdoor app where someone asked about finding New York–style pizza, and several people mentioned Angelo’s, so I decided to give it a try. From Aisha taking my order to the moment I left, it was a pleasant experience. She is very personable, and as a first-time customer, I felt very welcomed. I came back a second time and had the same great experience. The pizza is delicious. I’ve found a new go-to pizza spot for my family.

Okay I’m originally from Philly born and raised in N. Philly. I was skeptical of the food when I walked in on a whim. Let’s just say in my Terminator voice: I’ll be back
I ordered a cheese steak, slice of cheese pizza and onion rings, everything was great! Oh, the canoli wasn’t bad either

The service was 5 stars
Food was okay, the tomato sauce tasted fresh but not awfully flavoured.
The eggplant Parmesan had two slices of American cheese on top ???
And they really have to do something about the song that is on a loop kept playing over and over again while we were there for the 40 min.

Angelo’s is a gem of a place for authentic Italian food. We have been there several times to order take out and dine in.
We got Garlic Bread, Spinach Calzone, and Veggie Lover Pizza it was beyond phenomenal. We also had tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious.
The cherry on top is the courteous staff and kind owner – AK. He made sure all our dietary restrictions were handled well.
We recently tried the Paneer Tikka Pizza and the Southwest Chipotle Pizza, and both were out of this world. The crust was perfectly baked anthey were flavorful.
Highly recommend for dine in, carry out and catering.

Bought a steak and cheese sub today and could barely find the steak and cheese.. there was a lot of lettuce filler and several slices of tomato but very little meat and cheese. Been buying sandwiches at Angelos for many years but was very disappointed and won’t get this again.

Absolutely loved our visit to Angelo’s! The new burrata salad is incredible — fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. The pizza was equally impressive with a perfect thin crust that was crisp yet light, and every bite was delicious. On top of the amazing food, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, making the whole experience even better. Definitely found a new favorite spot — we’ll be regulars for sure!

This is one of those restaurants that I have to take everyone to the first time they visit the area. I have been all over this country, and have even visited some of the famous Italian delis in New York. Angelo’s dwarfs them all. I have been out of the country for the past three years, and this was the first place I went when I got back. Their sandwiches are perfect and the staff is always so friendly, you can’t help but feel at home. One of the few places left where you can get a combo for under $20 and receive a filling portion. Can’t remember the last time I had leftovers, but today I did. I don’t know who decides when a place becomes a landmark, but in my book they are a true cornerstone!

Stopped by here to get a philly cheesesteak sub. It was one of the best one’s I’ve had in the area. Angelo’s is a simple but nice neighborhood restaurant. The service here was quick and friendly. As the customer ahead of me was giving their order, another worker came forward from the kitchen and took my order to expedite things. Really nice and friendly place and good food. Price was reasonable.
