1st time I went through the drive thru and was happy to know they have a vegetarian super burrito. I was excited that this restaurant is open 24 hours. Everything closes early these days and sometimes you get hungry after 8pm. I ordered the burrito and ended up splitting it in half and sharing itvwith my daughter for dinner. The following week I chose El Ranchero over Chipotle to get a burrito again before heading to the movies. Got jome cut the burrito in half and it only had a bunch of rice falling out of the tortilla with maybe a scoop of pico. There was no guacamole or sour cream to hold the burrito together so I called & let them know that my super veggie was just a veggie burrito missing the ingredients that hold everything together. I was unable to come back tge same day but the young ladies that work there are very considerate & told me when I come back they’ll fix it for me. I went back on Wednesday and they replaced my super burrito free of charge with what I originally ordered on Tuesday and also gave me complimentary salsa bar & chips. They definitely made up for my 2nd visit. I chose them over Chipotle Tuesday night because I like the flavors and seasoning of their food everything tastes freshly made and them being open 24hrs and conveniently located is a plus. I usually eat primarily plant-based meals but, occasionally I eat a Pescatarian diet too. I am interested in trying some additional menu items 1 day like their shrimp plate or fish tacos depending on what type of fish they use. All in All I will return to El Ranchero and I’m glad for their new Mexican restaurant in the area.

The drive through worker was super nice, respectful and had great customer service. The food came out quick and was reasonably priced. The reason for only giving three stars was because the beans and rice had absolutely no flavor at all it was kinda like it was missing the basic natural flavor each of those items carry without any seasonings. Kinda disappointing. The rolled tacos were ok I prefer mine crispy and these were only crispy on the edges.

Restaurant was bright and clean. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Salsa bar with DELICIOUS salsas, pickled onions and Chiles, as well as Fried Chiles. Good range of Heat ️. I got the super burrito with lengua. Never had lengua in a red sauce, but there was sooo much flavor. Generous amount of fillings. The burrito lasted me a couple meals! Portions and flavor definitely worth the price!! We will definitely be returning!!! Also pictured, taco salad.

I’m a stickler for quality and good food. It was my families first time eating here tonight and it was very flavorful. I come from a family of cooks and I don’t eat everyone’s food, but this is good. Even the Jamaica drink is delicious. As long as they keep the quality going, my family and I will return.

Once was good enough for me. Ordered food for my wife and I to go, we live less than 5min away and the food was cold when I got home. We ate about half of it and we were done. You’re better off going to the taco truck down the street.

They erased my last review and it was not even a bad one lol.
Just had their shrimp tostada. Trash! No flavor. Tomatoes taste like they are going bad. Shrimp was over cooked very hard and chewy. Very disappointing. They can’t even take the criticism to do better specially since they just opened. I hope something better opens up there when they close.

This was the most driest tortilla burrito I have ever had cold, salty and cold no heat the tortilla look like it just came out the refrigerator and I was charged almost $20 for a small burrito with mostly rice and no meat

Awesome crispy shredded beef tacos and salsa bar. But….please remind your cashier that eating a strawberry paleta behind the counter is not something a customer ever wants to see, and she could also cause you to lose your license to operate. Just a heads up … I’d miss you if you closed!!

I did NOT get what I ordered.
I want MY MONEY BACK. Dam.
Then they charged me $1.00 to add rice.
The frustrating part is the last time I ordered the same thing and the lady said they DON’T CHARGE TO ADD RICE.
They need to be consistent with their prices. Ugh!
