This Jack in the Box has really good service! You can tell it’s a team effort! I was impressed with the service I received from Jasmin who brought my online order to my table and was very polite. She served us our drinks and got my mom ranch. She even apologized for the wait, but it was not long at all. I heard Gloria calling out orders and getting her team all in line to give great food and service. It was my first time here and I was super impressed. Great service and fresh food. Everyone was polite and store was clean. I wish we had a store like this in Tolleson where I live. Awesome job! Please keep it up! It’s very noticeable! The small details make a difference. ⭐️ ❤️

40 plus years of eating at the Jack and this was the worst I’ve ever had. Ordered the Supreme Crosaint breakfast meal. The potato was good the coffee was like warm. The sandwich… Well ..It was about the size of a slider and the egg was burnt. And all mushed up.
Even the rest room wasn’t up to normal Jack par.
The best part was the service was good with a smile.
Bottom line… The Marana Jack needs help.

Went through the drive thru always horrible service. Ordered spicy chicken and onion rings. See the photo of the brown lettuce the other photo is a piece of plastic that was stuck to one of the onion rings I am going to assume it was cooked with the onion rings. Your staff is always slow, the food is way over priced. This will be my final visit to your location. To top it off it was $15.97 for the sandwich and the rings.

Went today for a quick lunch. Ordered 2 meals and tacos. told to pull to the front of the store with 2 other cars ahead of me to wait for food. Sat out front for 15 mins. Had to ask if they put the taco sauce in the bag we asked for, she said no and went to get some. Finally get home and realize I got chicken tenders instead of the spicy chicken I ordered. That’s on me for not checking but I will not be back.

Wish I could give the Jack in the Box at 13925 N. Sandario Road, Marana, zero stars but unfortunately, that is not an option. We went there on Friday, 30 January with our three grandchildren. The service was horrible. They were understaffed and their attitudes sucked! While I was trying to give my order, the girl behind the counter would step away because she was also taking orders from the drive through. She would come back to the counter but kept stopping me to complete the drive through orders. I finally got my order entered but when she went to read it back to me, it was incorrect. (It might have been easier, if I had had her undivided attention.) I had to give it to her several times before she entered it correctly. I asked for and paid for milk for one of my grandchildren. She stepped away, came back to say they were out of milk but would refund my money and stepped away again. When she came back, I asked about my refund. She stepped away again supposedly to go talk with her manager. When she came back, she started to take the next guest’s order. Once she entered that order, I again asked for my refund since they were not going to have what I ordered. Their drink machine was out of multiple drinks. I went back to the counter and asked them to get three of our five drinks from the drive through area. A man who said he was the manager said he would fix the problem with the drink machine and he would deliver the three drinks to our table. It took over fifteen minutes before our food was ready for pick up at the counter and it was barely warm. I realize we ordered five meals but you would think that some of them would have been hot! We started eating and he delivered one of the drinks. After five minutes, he delivered another of the drinks. My husband had almost finished his meal and his drink was not delivered. I went up to the counter and waited while he was handling the drive through and two other people in the back were making meals. They all saw me standing there and never asked if I needed anything. Finally, the man who had delivered our other two drinks asked what I needed. I told him we were still waiting for our last drink. He said he would bring it right out. We were cleaning up to leave before he ever brought it out. They never apologized for the lousy service or their bad attitudes. My grandson, who is six, said it used to be a good place to eat but this was a lousy way to end the day! I have to agree with him. It was a lousy way to end the day and the school week. In the future, we will not be spending our money here and encourage other people to not give them their business either. If you are hungry, there is a McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Panda Express and Dunkin Donuts across the street. There is an R&R Pizza near the roundabout. Go anywhere but here!

Have order from this location couple times and every time something happens today i order 7 order of tacos and first they give me just half of my order, had to come back for the rest i always get my tacos without taco sauce, ones i get home i notice any of my tacos had cheese on it. I’m never ordering from this location again!!

Great experience. I am dairy free and I went in to order to ask about a couple items and their allergens and the store manager took the time to explain how to order and what I could have altered. Food was great, and manager was very knowledgeable. This will be my Jack-in-the-Box from now on.

I understand being understaffed so we did not mind the wait in the drive thru (inside was closed). We were there 45 minutes. The gentleman at the window asked if we wanted sauce. I asked him what they kinds they had. He said I don’t know. Huh. Anyway, had to air fry our fries cuz they were not cooked. Then I open my Hamburger to find there was actually only HALF a patty on it, the smallest tomatoe ever and almost no ketchup. It looked nothing like their sourdough jack. It was terrible. Short staffed or not, this is just unacceptable.

Took my 37 minutes in drive thru to get 2 meals at 7 pm. No one was wearing gloves, this one has an open kitchen so you can watch the food being made from drive thru. Once at window took 5 minutes to get drinks, didn’t even have them ready to go. At least 4 people working and slowest service ever. I then had to go in for a missing fry. Inside there was trash all over the floor behind the counter.
