The food was good, but the place was a dump. The trash was beyond overflowing and EVERY single table was dirty. It was so gross. The music was blasting so loud we couldn’t even talk. Employees were screaming curse words across the counter at someone who didn’t work there. NEVER AGAIN.

Pataskala Chipotle is the absolute best all around store I’ve ever been to!!! Every single worker has a smile on their face and wind beneath their wings! I will certainly be eating there every night I’m working in Pataskala! A special thank you to the 2 women working the register, they have 6 hands and christmas elf personalities! This was a mystery order. Not one item was correct. My husband ordered a chicken burrito, no rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, sour cream, lettuce and Pico. He got Steak, rice, a few pieces of lettuce and sour cream. My daughter ordered a steak bowl, received chicken. I ordered a steak bowl and got a chicken burrito, missing fajita veggies. How can an order be messed up that bad? I complained to “pepper” on the app and was given 2 free entrees. Should have been 3! We ordered on the app for the drive thru lane.

Whoever worked the night shift at 9:40pm on 9/11/25 is a disgrace to the chain and your parents would be disappointed in your work ethic. my one joy during my shift is leaving the factory to get a nice bowl from chipotle. but your crew failed to fulfill quite literally every option of my bowl wrong. Rice? brown instead of white. Lettuce? nope. Chicken? yeah 4 chunks will do. Oh you hate corn? too bad here is the whole bin. Absolutely incompetent workers. if you were here working at 9:40 on 9/11/25 should be reprimanded or FIRED. I wish your grandparents could see your work ethic. I hope you have to work a 12 hour shift in a factory one day just to have a simple CHIPOTLE BOWL order messed up.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place another chance, because each time I do it somehow gets even worse. This was my online order today after paying over $10 for the new Chipotle Honey Chicken and some chips. It’s hard to tell from the picture, but they MAYBE gave me a half a scoop of chicken – and that’s me being generous. This Chipotle needs to get their portions figured out, because this is insane. Also, I never dine in, but I can still see inside and confirm some of these other reviews about the lack of cleanliness at this Chipotle. Really hope this place gets its act together or shuts down altogether. Not worth your money.

I like Chipotle a lot. I like the freshness of the food and the choices/options available. However, I always find Chipotles to be dirty and poorly cared for. Garbage cans always full, food on the floor, the utensils and drink areas dirty. I know this is generalizing and there are some that are clean and tidy, but most of the ones I have been through my travels across the U.S. are not so clean. Sorry, Chipotle, you get 2 stars for not being clean – good food, not so clean.

If I could give zero stars I would. After giving this location far too many chances, I am done ordering here. I am the type of person who no matter the grumpiness of an employee, I will try to cheer up their day. But the same employees are always SO mean here. Then these were my tacos (with quartered thin burrito shells), steak that was unable to be chewed & my half full (yet paid full price) guacamole.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever seen and I’ve done well over half a million miles trucking.
Dirty, trash overflowing, poorly stocked and food destroyed my stomach( it never does and I buy same thing. )
Sofritas looked a week old so I asked if there was any fresh available and he said “no but I can throw some water on it”
I informed the manager about trash and sat down to eat. Only really one spot that didn’t have the table nasty and food filled or trash. There was hardly any customers the whole time I was there and at least 8-10 employees. Nothing was done. That may have been the most shocking part…. Blatantly disrespectful. Health department should inspect asap

Wow! Dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in!
I’ll start by saying staff was okay and the portion size was good.
Now the bad, the facility was an absolute disaster. Every table was dirty, the floor was covered in food scraps, the trash bins were all over flowing! I noticed this is a common theme and makes me worry that the kitchen isn’t sanitized and clean. The utensil and napkin station was almost empty and the kicker is that there were several employees just standing around chatting. It was 2 in the afternoon and they were not busy at all. Plenty of time to clean up.
