I got the hot Cheeto birria bomb, the flavor was absolutely perfect. The only thing is that since it’s so big, the inside of the ball itself stays a little bit cold but the flavor is there so I didn’t let that ruin the experience! It comes with two sauces that complement it very well. I also wish there was a menu that had some images of the food; with all the options I wish I could somewhat have an idea as to what I should expect. But otherwise it is really worth trying! I like the birria that isn’t too rich, so if you also like that kind then I think you’ll enjoy this place

This place is my absolute favorite place for Birria. It is absolutely delicious. The tacos are also delicious. They have a great crunch and are very flavorful. Adding their red and or green sauces only makes them better. My favorite thing to get is their Birria Ramen Special. The service here is great because they are very friendly and you can tell they are happy to have you there. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the location. It’s not terrible, but it’s on the small side with limited parking and seating. The location isn’t in a great area either, but everything comes in to-go containers so you can always eat it somewhere else. I highly recommend eating here.

Ok so the hubby and I went to this place because we love food lol he got the hot Cheetos cheese balls and I got the enchilada plate for drink I got the pineapple agua very delicious! The food was delicious something I wasn’t expecting the choice of music not my type but meh!! lol other than that I do recommend it! Next time I’ll take more pics lol I was hungry bite me!! Hahahahaha if you’re around Albuquerque and you want some different type of food I totally recommend this place! Till next time!!!

Saw this online and the food from the video looked really good. “Looks good from a far but far from good”. So I went to go try this place and wow this place is over hyped. Bare minimum I would say. Lady at the front counter looked and talked like she didn’t want to be there . But we didn’t pay no mind to it. Food came out quick! Maybe little too quick , reason why is I got the Cheeto ball that they sell and one bite the middle was cold. Not to mention that the food taste pretty bland it self . Moved on their quesadilla, this had good taste greasy but had the flavor. I’m going to be honest tap n taco on the Westside sells better quesadillas with more flavor and all around freshness and heat. Breakfast burrito also came out cold and too much that the burrito falls apart and you have a messy experience.

You can order the food online and include instructions. I got quesadillas chopped into eighths and served in a gigantic metal tin. They were hit at our get-together. Highly recommend for parties.

Well…I was really excited about trying this place but I ended up being let down. I got the quesabirria tacos. Preferred to order inside because when I tried ordering online it asked me what meat to choose and birria meat wasn’t an option so it confused me. I had it with rice and beans, came with consume, salsa, and a lime. I first was surprised that no onions or cilantro came with it. Kind of a bummer because that really elevates the consume.
First off, I thought the birria tacos were good. The flavor of the meat was really good, my tacos has a fair amount of meat too, and the tacos were crispy even after the long drive home. However…it was so so so oily. I had to use all my napkins to soak it up and let my tacos sit on. The consume was also pretty oily too. Flavor of the consume was mid. I think had I had onions and cilantro, maybe one more slice of lime, it could’ve helped.
The rice and beans, I didn’t like surprisingly. Usually that is my backup side just in case so I can get filled lol. The rice had no flavor. It was colorful, but no taste. Beans…I don’t even know how to explain the beans, it didn’t taste fresh maybe? Idk the beans were lacking for sure.
If I were to order again, I’d probably only get the quesabirria tacos and make sure onions and cilantro come with. But it would be nice if all the oil didn’t get transferred to my takeout box.
Service was great. The girl who took my order was very kind. She gets the only 5 star.

If you want delicious, fresh, and filling Mexican food at an excellent price, come to this place. Ive eaten at countless Mexican restaurants in ABQ. Some high-end restaurants, others not as fancy… Ive obliviously had the quesadillas, and they are hard to beat, but my usual is the enchiladas… They are delicious. I need to stress the following: the rice and beans are to DIE for. They are unbeatable. The rice needs to be studied by Sandia labs.

I love this location. Came here for the first time and absolutely loved it. They serve up great delicious food and is very inexpensive. Only thing wrong I can say about there food is that it is a little too greasy/oily for my liking. This place so far is marked one of my favorite places to eat at while I’m in town. I will definitely be revisiting this location and my review will stay the same just as long as I continue having the same experience. Great people and very friendly people here at Quesadilla Way. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you guys, you’re great!
