My colleague and I ordered an “8 corners pizza” with bold pepperoni on one side and ham, onions, tomato on the other side on February 4th, 2026 at 4:30pm and asked for it to be delivered at 6pm that day. We waited until 6:30pm to call the restaurant to check on the status of our delivery and we were told it would be another 10 minutes. Then, at 6:45pm, the food was finally delivered. I bit into one slice of the pepperoni pizza and noticed a “stringy, rubbery” texture in the bite. Then, I noticed this texture again in the next bite and spit out the pizza and was thoroughly disgusted to notice a SMALL, CLEAR ELASTIC BAND IN MY PIZZA!!! I called the restaurant and spoke with an employee who promised me a refund. Then, 10 minutes later, the same employee called me back to let me know they will not refund us without “picture evidence” emailed to them. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to “Alex” who later told me that he was also our delivery driver that was 45 minutes late. I explained to Alex that I threw the chewed pizza and elastic band away in the garbage (as any normal human would do when grossed out by a random object being in their food) and our maintenance staff at work had already emptied our garbage bins, so I did not have a way to take a photo to show him the evidence. Then, Alex said he would not refund us until we had proof since “no one at the restaurant uses elastic bands for their braces or hair and they don’t use these elastic bands around any food at the restaurant.” This was very disrespectful since he basically was calling me a liar after I paid over $30 for a pizza that was not even made up to health code standards. Since Alex wouldn’t believe me, here is the picture evidence of the elastic band in my food that I had to search the garbage for just to “potentially” receive a refund.
All in all, I’m VERY upset with this business and the lack of respect they have for people who are honest and paid them for food that violated the “health and safety standards” they list on their Jet’s Pizza website.
Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering from Jet’s in West Allis again and hope you think twice before you do.

i called this location and did a pickup order. When i specified my coupon and the person on the phone confirmed. when i arrived they gave me the wrong pizza. i went back and told them what happened. tue worker … ‘kyle’ began to throw boxes and got very upset at me because my order was wrong. general manager (who told me his name is max, but i later found out his name is kevin) came to the front after hearing the commotion. while talking to the general manager- ‘kyle’ was continuously looking at me and consistently throwing things.. i told kyle to come back up to the front and talk to me if i upset him. the general manager told me i was intimidating and that he would call the police and threatened me with a trespassing ticket. BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER! So i politely asked for my refund, took some pictures and went to the jets pizza in wauwatosa. they made my pizza correctly and without issue.
Fun fact: this location is franchise and do not have corporate. so if the franchise owner sees this, please reach out. i will be leaving reviews on every platform possible and writing letters for the way i was treated.

Used to love this place, but recently had a delivery take 2 hours just to not even be a detroit style cuz the new website is terrible. I get the website issues aren’t the stores fault, but 2 hours for a couple of cold hand tossed pizzas is just brutal. Also if you’re going to be an hour late, just call the poor person and see if they are available to pick it up.

My experience at this jets was ridiculous. I ordered a supreme pizza and it didn’t even come with black olives . And then I was the only white women in there getting my food, they made me wait for over 45 minutes for my food. Literally handing everyone else there food before ours. When I asked for them to check how much longer my food was going to be he didn’t acknowledge me he just went to the back to check on someone else’s order.

I placed an order for two pizzas along with a bottle of Jet’s Special Ranch. Unfortunately, the bottle of ranch was not included with the delivery. When I contacted the store to request that it be sent out, the manager responded, “The best I can do is a refund.” As a result, we were left without any sauce for our pizzas.
We were extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to resolve the issue in a more satisfactory manner.

The bad tasting pizza arrived almost an hour past the “estimated time” and COLD. Coke Zero turned into regular coke on the way to our house as well. When we called, we were greeted by a rude guy, short tempered, who said “best we can do is give you a $7 credit”. In short, don’t waste your money and time on this place, I know I won’t.

I ordered a Jet 10 party tray and paid $68 for it. When I submited the payment online, it didn’t go through the 1st time, so I got charged twice. I called the shop to clarify that I only ordered one pizza, and they let me know I’ll be refunded in 3-5 business days. “It happens all the time” I was told. Not good. The pizza was burnt, and the dough was stale. I did ask for it to be made well done, but not burnt. In addition, the guy who handed me my pizza was rude. I won’t be giving them my business anymore…
