Stopped in on a whim while visiting the area and super glad we did. My wife ordered the large prawns, they were absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. I has the cod and it was honestly the best fish and chips I’ve had. Hush puppies were good and the coleslaw was delicious, tarter and cocktail sauce were on point. Service wasn’t the quickest but it was well worth the wait, both gentleman working were very polite.

I ordered a 2 large pieces of cod and chips. The fish was very fresh tasting and plenty of nice crisp fries. My only complaint is that I wish that it came with a small amount of coleslaw. I was going to order a side for myself but I didn’t want to spend another $5.50 just for myself. This place is take out only. Give them a try and support this small business. They’re super friendly and asked my name and introduced themselves. I’ll definitely go back and try the combo plate.

Tried the Catfish, halibut fries and clams
The clams were delicious and were some nice size pieces. The catfish was the star. Perferct southern style with a crisp cornmeal breading huge pieces.
The halibut was mid to me not bad by any means but outshined by the clam and catfish.
The fries were batter dipped and perfect with the seafood.
Lastly he had some fresh made peach cobbler….. FIRE!!!
I love the fish house in Tacoma and this catfish is right there. 100% recommend

The catfish, hush puppies, fried okra, and Louisiana Boudin was cooked to perfection and was very delicious! My first time trying Louisiana Boudin and it didn’t disappoint. Great portions that will leave you satisfied. These guys are definitely cooking with peace and love! Keep it up! I’ll be back! Thank you!

The worst thing you can do to fish is to overcook it and that’s exactly what they did. I ordered halibut and cod. Both were generous portions and the hell of it was a monstrously thick slab of what would normally be a supreme meal. However, the Halibut which had no breading was as dry as a bone. The card was not as dry but lacked any moisture necessary to enjoy it. It’s too bad because they gave really good product but ruined it. By the time I got to the car and my wife opened the package so I could taste one of the french fries they were already cold which means they were probably cold when delivered to me at the counter. They are very nice people and their and I wish them well but it’s a travesty to overcook fish.

The fried catfish, greens and hush puppies were delicious. The service and the brothers were awesome. The fried items are cooked cooked to order which makes your oder nice and hot. I will be going back.

I have been wanting to try this place since I saw it open. I finally did! It is a little space, but smelled really good when I walked in (Fried fish heaven.) We had the Cod n Chips, Pawns and Boudin to go! Everything was still hot and fresh when I got it home. Cod was great, flaky and fresh, breading had a nice crunch. Prawns were tender with a crunchy coating and this was the first time trying Boudin. I really liked it, had a great snap and very tender inside with nice flavor! Nice size portions (I should have stuck to a 2-piece order). Dennis and the cook were very friendly and welcoming! Support local and try this place out. I had no problems at all and will be returning the next time I am craving Fish n Chips. Can’t wait to try their homemade Chowder and Halibut. Sorry, dug in and forgot to take pictures.

I was looking for a great fish and chips place. This little storefront did not disappoint. It was delicious. I ordered the cod and fries. BIG pieces, deliciously breaded with super yummy fries. I will definitely go again and often.

Went there about 6:30 today and wow! Hospitality, cleanliness and food is 5 stars. We got the catfish plate and it was so good! I will be back ! The cook and man on cashier were so polite and welcoming
