2 smoked mac n cheese.
2 meal deals- chips and drinks. 49$ philly came on a brawt bun. Maybe 7in. Meat was not Rib Eye. Bland completely. Horrible. Smkd mac n cheese was way over smoked. Tasted like the ash tray of a smoker. Not fresh. And dry. Tims cascade chips and gatorade were on point. Told guy when asked how everthing was that it was horrible and he laughed. Thought i was kidding. Told him im not kidding u guys have alot to learn. Ate 1 bite and spit second out cause there was something very hard in it. I get phillys alot. And they are 15-19$ but are foot long and come with fresh ribeye and fresh veggies not frizen veggies.
Lime i said. Horrible. Didnt even ask why!!!!! This is how i left my food!!!!! In pic. Yes thats 3 bites. Thats how small sandwiches are. 15$ LOL!!!
This place was bad!!!!!
I really appreciated the simplicity of the menu, which stood out to me as an authentic feature of a Philly steak sandwich restaurant. Maybe offer Whiz for those who like their steaks that way?
I’ll be back for sure the next time I’m anywhere near their store.
Keep it up guys!
For starters we only received 8 of the 9.
The menu description for 747 says” rib eye beef, smoked provolone cheese, caramelized onions and crisp sweet red bell peppers”
The meat slightly warm/cold and was like, ‘unseasoned’, Carne Asada or skirt steak in large pieces not chopped like a cheese steak. Definitely not smoked provolone, it was maybe white American cheese slices. The veggies reminded me of the frozen peppers & onions in potatoes obrien. Onion were not caramelized.
I also added mushrooms & jalapeños for .75 extra each. There were a few mushrooms and no jalapeños on my sandwich. There was also a thick slather of generic mayonnaise.
This is also on the menu:
Chips
$1.75
“Freshly fried potato chips, typically seasoned with salt and pepper.”
Sounds great right? There were a few of us that ordered this only to receive a randomly selected bag of chips…mine were Cheetos and I saw another person with sour cream and onion.
One person ordered the quesadilla it possibly had chicken on it even though it wasn’t in the description.
I specifically looked on the menu for something with chicken and did not see that offered.
I ate about a third of my sandwich and couldn’t eat anymore. It was just not good!
Everyone was complaining and criticizing their orders. Many of us including myself threw our sandwiches away.
The guy that didn’t get his order was lucky! He got something else delivered after seeing what a mess our food was.
Definitely would not recommend or try again.
Sorry, no pics nothing picture worthy.
