Fancy Burger has been on my list for a while, and I’m so glad I finally got to stop by!
I got the plain plus bacon, and it was definitely the best smash burger I’ve had in Utah. The special beef blend was flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The smash crust was perfect and crunchy. And the bacon was a perfect mix of crispy and juicy.
The rosemary fries were also perfectly seasoned and crisp. The beef tallow gives them an added flavor boost.
All in all, a great 10/10. I’m excited to come back, invite family and friends, and try some other burgers!

Such a nice spot with a clean, welcoming vibe. The burger was incredible — juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Honestly, the best burger in Utah by far. The whole experience was 10/10. I loved it and can’t wait to go back.

I’ve found my new favorite burger spot, and you have to check it out! I’m a huge fan of burgers and fries, and let me tell you, Fancy Burger completely blew me away. I was lucky enough to chat with Jared, one of the owners, and he gave me the inside scoop on their amazing burger. It’s made with super fresh meat that has smoked bacon mixed right in, topped with lettuce, tomato, and kewpie mayo, all on a homemade, super soft Hokkaido milk bun. And the fries! I got the rosemary fries, which are fried in beef tallow for the most incredible rich, savory flavor and a perfect crispy crunch. Plus, they give you a massive amount, which is something I really appreciate. I finished it all off with a delicious Boylans Root Beer. Run, don’t walk, to Fancy Burger!

My husband says it’s just a reflection of the painting behind us. As he talks positively about Fancy Burger, the new FB in our world, he steals my delicious sweet potato fries. But that’s OK, because if you can’t steal your wife’s sweet potato fries, are you even married?

Wow, I was blown away with how delicious this place is! His specialty burgers were amazing… the bacon was so thick and melt in your mouth. And he gave our doggy a nice doggy Pattie that she loved 🙂 SUPER generous with the fries! Will definitely come again

I have never written a review for a restaurant in my life. If I could give 10 stars I would. #1 The food is AMAZING. It is the best burger I have ever had in my life, hands down. The smash burger meat is perfect, the bun is a Japanese milk bun and is the perfect combination of doughy and fluffy. All their ingredients are premium. The brunch bacon is out of this world. If you care about healthy food as I do, then you should know they do not cook their fries in seed oils. They use beef tallow. Their bacon is also nitrate free. You can tell when a restaurant is thoughtful about every element and this establishment is. I’m worried about the secret getting out how amazing this place is but I had to give a review to support such a great local business.

Delicious burgers. I got the Classic Cheese Burger The buns are hand crafted by them! My neice got the Heirloom Caprese Burger, definitely delicious Their fries stay crispy, even after they are cold. The rosemary fries and the sweet potato fries are so delicious! Fry sauce is awesome. The family running this joint are super decent and friendly. Thanks for the delicious dinner! The homemade cookies were delicious also!

Some of the best burgers I’ve ever had! They handmade their buns, smash their burgers and have fresh produce. So perfect and delicious. The fries are also delicious. They are renovating their building so it’s in a good truck right now but there is seating under a canopy. The service is helpful and friendly!
