Came here a few weeks ago with my travel buddy and got two refreshers. The service was great too and the staff was so friendly, my travel buddy wanted his refresher made with green tea rather than lemonade and they were so nice and did it. Would definitely come back again in the future.

This is so weird to rate a Starbucks, but I am hoping to warn anyone who is considering going to this Starbucks to go to ANY OTHER ONE in the area. It is consistently the most pathetically slow service I have ever seen of any Starbucks in any city in the country. My final straw was waiting in line behind six cars for FORTY MINUTES. How did I know the time? I put a mobile order in advance. I actually cringe to think of what I spent in gas. There was not a crowd inside, it was just two employees taking their time. I was served an ice cold breakfast sandwich that I threw away. I actually was so frustrated that I called and asked for the manager to call me back. No shock, I never got a call. There is a Starbucks on Dekalb in front of Target and also inside the Target and it is faster to park at Target and walk in to them than it is to wait for this place or better yet, go to Valerio in Audubon where the coffee is amazing.

Can’t knock how successful the location is, but if you want a morning coffee plan accordingly, drink times can exceed 30 minutes easily. Would love to see them be more proactive on disabling mobile ordering if/when it becomes to much to where it jeopardizes the walk in/drive thru business they were built on

I’m starting to wonder if the franchise is just going downhill in general because I feel like it’s really just never very good anymore… but this location specifically is probably the worst I’ve been to. I only stop in here for emergencies if I don’t have time to go out of my way for the actually good coffee shop down the road and they miss the mark EVERY single time. Not only does it take 10-20 minutes to get a drink, even when it’s slow, but the drinks are NEVER good. I’ve tried everything too like asking for light milk which translates to them as none, order regular and they fill it halfway up with milk or foam??
I just don’t understand how something as simple as a pumpkin foam cold brew or espresso can be so butchered? This is coming from someone who worked at the only starbucks within an 80 mile radius that was also directly off the interstate and attached to a gas station. I KNOW buy and I know it’s not easy at all like believe me, but it’s also stupid expensive (my drink was like almost $8) and should not be disgusting or incorrect every single time, like the machines they give yall are basically doing everything for you. Even my food orders are repeatedly messed up to the point where I’ve stopped getting any. It’s just disappointing as hell like I get it, jobs suck, making coffee for a million people sucks but so does repeatedly wasting money on a nasty drink that takes years to make. My guess is it’s probably a lack of staffing, overworking and lazy management (seems to be the theme in these places)
Again, I only go as an emergency because starbucks has gone downhill so much but this place needs like some serious retraining or something i don’t know but i will just be going without coffee from now on if it comes down to it because it is so not worth it.

I normally love going to this Starbucks and they always take really good care of me. I waited in a really long line and then I was told that they would not fill my cup up because there was a little bit of tea in the bottom. I understand this might be some sort of protocol but if you’re going to do it at one place you need to do it everywhere. Every other Starbucks and every other coffee shop I go to will simply rinse the cup out for me or just fill it up. I will not be returning to this Starbucks even though it’s the most convenient one for me I’ll probably just go to spread bagelry for my coffee from now on.

This place is hysterical. I have several Starbucks around and this is by far the worst.

I preporder via the app. If I don’t do it at least 30 min ahead at this location, I get scolded by the person at the drive thru, even then… it’s not enough.

“Um… well you only preordered 30 min ago and so we are still working on it…”- said with attitude every time.

The fact that I even have to think about preordering that far ahead is mind blowing to me. Is the expectation that I preorder 2.5 hrs ahead? I have never had any other barista at any other Starbucks make a comment about the amount of time ahead I place an order.

My wife and our new born (2 months old) went to this Starbucks location today on 11/22/25. They close at 5 PM until Christmas starting since last weekend and we had to feed her while having our drinks right as they were closing, then the white Caucasian female that was the manager absolutely lost it on us and I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire life where I had to step in and defend my wife While we were finishing the last drop of feeding our newborn… if there was a opportunity to feel harmed, this would be the case and the fact that it’s a Starbucks location is absolutely absurd. You can take myself at my word that we will never be going back to this location and there’s severe caution when someone is hostile towards you and your family like that, especially with a newborn.

We walked in and the staff were arguing with each other in front of customers. When I was asked to give my name, “name for the order” I could not hear the employee over the bickering, so I asked what she had said and she repeated but this time with attitude. I then said “for Noah”. She then replied “I need your name for the order!!!” Again with attitude. I then responded myself and said “For Noah!” She gave me a dirty look lol.
When I got my drink back, my name was spelled “Fernoah”. Kinda dumb after having to repeat myself twice.

The staff here are rude with customers and argumentative with each other. We were in the store for morning shift employees when this happened. They dont care about there appearance when working in front of customers.
A branch manager needs to come in and supervise these employees.
BTW, my wife had seen flies in the pastry cabinet and also said her drink is bitter.

Came here today Wednesday December 3rd around 2:30 pm. The girl who was on the drive through speaker around this time and date needs a retraining on customer service. Never experienced such a rude attitude & service here before usually everyone at this location has amazing service and very friendly. So disappointing and I took my money elsewhere.

This Starbucks place was a huge disappointment.

We ordered a Frappuccino and a dragon fruit drink. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for our drinks. Granted, it was a busy day, but there is something systematically wrong if everyone has to wait that long. Even busier places operate more seamlessly and quickly. Maybe more staff training or something needs to be done. And the wait was exacerbated by the fact that it was too chilly inside.

And the taste was subpar. The Frappuccino was too watery. You know how such drinks taste after the icy parts all melt? It tasted like that from the beginning. And the drago fruit drink was like that as well.

The only redeeming part of the experience was the receptionist. She was quite professional and kind. But I would not recommend this place.
