We’re an artisanal French bakery with a modern vibe. Located in the up-and-coming Miami River Landing area, we are a passion-driven team that aims to deliver the freshest and most delicious baked goods in Miami. Ficelle Boulangerie & Patisserie was started by Olivier Rizk in 2021. His love for baking has been around since a very young age. For as long as he can remember, he would spend his days at his uncles bakery here in South Florida, Delices De France, observing, learning, and occasionally dipping his fingers in the chocolate eclairs that were in the pastry showcase.

If only I could give it 6 stars!!! I’ve had plenty croissants but these are on another level! They are incredibly airy, soft and crunchy and delicious, all at the same time! The sandwiches and baguettes are also incredibly delicious! No need to try any other bakeries in this area as none can compare!

Wow, what a truly enjoyable experience. The staff is so friendly, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. A wonderful neighborhood coffee shop and Boulangerie. The free samples really help when I don’t know what to order. Everything here is a culinary delight. You must try the one of a kind guava biscotti and Choco Passion Mouse. Of course, one can not leave without buying the best baguette in Florida.

Amazing fresh food! Great service too!! We thought we had ordered 2 croissants and when they served the food they only brought one. We asked the waiter for the second one and the manager came out and apologized for the misunderstanding. Only 5 min later he brought out the croissant and gave it to us anyways! Definitely a taste of Paris on Miami.

It’s like a little hidden gem! Ever since the Nordic bakery closed down in Hollywood I’ve been on the hunt for a great European bakery. This hits all the right spots. Super flaky large croissants where you can clearly taste the difference. I will need to visit this place in person soon but even delivery was fantastic. And the coffee was also superb. Great thank you now all I need are some pretzels

The young woman behind the counter did a great job of paying attention to me and helping me decide between the chocolate almond croissant, the almond croissant and the guava croissant. I went with the almond, which she recommend her favorite (due to her sweet tooth). It was crazy delicious. Reminded me of a childhood Gooey butter cake that my mother would allow us to have on the weekends.

Great spot for breakfast/brunch. Always have fresh pastries – I like plain croissant and almond one. Baguettes are also fresh, crispy outside, soft inside – big variety of different options with fillings (I love Genoa one). They also always have fresh squeezed orange juice. The coffee sometimes is perfect, sometimes just good. Anyways, we’ve been here several times and will keep coming.
