I have always loved Arby’s. I have loved through all of its stages and whatever’s. I’ve live near this location for 10 years and I’ve never had an issue or complaints. i even defend Arby’s when my kids talk crap about how it sucks.

Haven’t been in awhile and I’m i gotta be honest…..I just had the worst experience here and I really don’t know if I’ll ever go back.

Let’s start with the service. I just spent almost 20 mins in the drive through, waiting for my food while there no other patrons in the establishment or in front of or behind me in the drive through. Which is crazy cuz i ordered everything off the value menu…..which is mostly sliders (more on the sliders in a second). I ordered 3 buffalo chx
Sliders, 2 ranch chicken wraps (more on these too!) a Mac & cheese and a large fry with nacho cheese sauce.

Once i finally got my bag….there were no fries or nacho cheese who i paid extra and separately for. Again……there are no other patrons or orders going on at that time. After 20 mins of waiting for them to make my five 1.5 bites items. When I walked inside the manager/shift lead was sitting on his ass asking the others why my food took so long. Kid at the window was nice enough…

Now let’s talk about the food. I ordered off the value menu. MY BAD BRO!!!!! Never again. Every single item we ordered was HORRIBLE! The size of their sliders has gone down significantly….which is crazy (again) cuz it was a 3 bite sandwich to begin with. Now it’s about 1.5 bites. They we’re the sloppiest excuse for food I’ve ever seen. We could barely get it out of the wrapper without them falling apart. The wraps also 1.5 bites of chicken with about 2 bites of nothing but lettuce. 3.5 bites of food all together and they have the audacity to offer these at a whopping $4 a pop. The quality of their chicken strips/nuggets is terrible. I felt like i was eating some kind of fake chicken that was probably created in a factory and never had a head.

I don’t know who the owner is and i don’t want a reply with a link asking me to explain all this again. You’re taking people’s hungry peoples hard earned money for some of the most low quality food I’ve ever had.

I love it that people are employed. I love it that people are able to work a job and to support themselves. What I do not like is when you go to order and the person that is taking the orders really is not well-versed in English. I don’t know how many times it takes when someone has to say “I’m sorry would you repeat that” or “I didn’t understand that” before you would decide to possibly move that person off the drive through window. It is not a comment made to make anyone feel bad or belittle anyone, but I would think that you would want to make your customers happy and that you would take the time to make sure that the person that is working can understand and communicate clearly enough so that they can get the order done correctly, which mine was not. Something such as the size of the order and the type of drink should be fairly simple. It was not worth my time to turn around and go back because I was on the job and stopped in quickly. Rather than go back again, which I will not do I will just make sure that you guys don’t get any more of my business.
Edit: I lied. I went back last night, had a somewhat better experience, still kinda slow but better. Arby’s is convenient and on the way between work and home. Just want to see an improvement.

This is the worst food I have ever got at an Arby’s. Both fries we over cooked. Crunchy to the point of being uneatable. Chicken Cordon Bleu was also so overcooked it wasn’t good. The new meat bite things were cold. We ordered Turnover that we didn’t get because they were out (they did credit us)

I placed my order at Dordash and chose beef burgers, but the store said they didn’t have any beef. If they don’t have beef, then why do they have beef burgers on the menu? They made me wait over 30 minutes to see how they would resolve my problem, and the answer was, “We don’t have any beef burgers.” If they don’t have beef, then don’t sell them. What terrible service!

The sliders were dry as hell and the fries were old and crusty! I hate spending a good amount of money when I’m starving and looking forward to a nice meal and getting trash. I just worked 12 hours and now I’m going to bed with an empty stomach. Please do something about this. I freaking love Arby’s but not lately.

Very bad service. It’s the worst Arby’s I’ve ever visited. They treat you like you’re asking for something for free. And the worst part is that the food isn’t good. I wouldn’t go back.

The quality of Arby’s mozzarella sticks has really gone downhill. Are used to be my favorite mozzarella sticks, and now you get some mozzarella and then liquid spurting all the end with an empty husk of batter. The staff was really friendly. However, they got my name wrong on my order. My name is pretty simple. There’s only one way to spell it Unlike other names that have many ways to spell! Again the food was just ok! I have had way better mozzarella sticks from Arby’s in the past. The best part of my visit was the price a sandwich and mozzarella sticks for seven dollars is really pretty good!

You need to train your employees to not be weirdos. My grandma went through the drive thru yesterday and a male employee was making inappropriate comments and trying to flirt with her, come on dude! My grandma has a partner already. I would not recommend this location.
